Dark magic

Hope POV
I laid in my bed looking up at the ceiling I got no sleep last night I could not stop thinking about Landon and it's not in the way you would think. I was so angry at him for what he did to me and how he basically lied straight to my face, but last night I did a spell and not just any kinda spell it was a dark spell and I know it's not allowed in the school but I had to do it. Josie helped me with the spell so that I did not have to do it alone I know how dangerous the magic is trust me I do just I think me and Josie are about to pay the consequences for it.
I finally sat up from my bed and stood up and got ready for the day I was standing in my bathroom and a drop of blood leaves my nose. I don't think anything of it because I just guessed that was just a little after math of the spell but boy was I wrong on how much worse this spell would have made my life.
Josie POV
I woke up the next morning not feeling to well I didn't really think anything of it but I do remember doing the dark magic spell with Hope and I know my dad would kill me if he found out but that's why Hope and I are keeping this a secret and let's hope no one finds out.
Once I got out of bed I got ready for the day and went down to the dining area.
I got down there and saw Hope and walked straight over to her. I whisper in her ear "have you been feeling a little off ever since last night* Hope tured and faced me "I guess a little"
"Should it be something we should be concerned about?" I said has siting next to Hope
" no we're going to be fine just don't think about to much and it should blow over...now if you don't mind I need to go find Landon because he stole the knife and he is not getting away with it" Hope says as she gets up and leaves
Hope POV
When Josie came over to talk to me I knew exactly what she was talking about I have been feeling off but I don't want to worry to much because Landon is my number one priority right now. I went into Dr. salzman office to ask him if we can go look for a Landon and he agreed.
Dr. Salzman was just getting a few things before we could leave and he told me to wait by the car when I got to the car I see there is someone working on it. "Hello?"
Once I said that I see Rafael come out from underneath the car "Hey" as he says going back under the car.
"Was the car broken?" once I said that I heard a snap and Rafael comes back out from underneath the car. "It is now."
   "Well put it back"
   "No not unless you let me come and help you find Landon."
   "No you need to stay..." as I said that Dr. salzman comes out of the school.
  "He can come...we can use all the help we can get besides Raf is Landon brother so maybe it could help."
   I rolled my eyes at what Dr. salzman said but got in the car and Raf fixed the part of the car he broke and got in and we went off to find Landon.
   Dr. Salzman said we should go check in the woods to see if he went to hind from the crash.
Raf and I nodded and the three of us went looking in the woods. As we where wondering around the woods we found a woman sitting underneath a tree and her clothes where all burned up and she looked terrified we tried asking her questions but she did not respond.
Dr. Salzman stayed behind and Raf and I went to find Landon as we where walking we found a little bunker and I had a feeling that he was in there.
I sent Raf to go in there first I told him I would give him three minutes but I was laying and I busted through the door. "You said three minutes." Raf said in an angry tone.
"Like I said people lie." As I say that I throw Landon against the wall with my magic. "Why did you take the knife?"
"I didn't I swear." Landon says kinda scared.
I talked to Landon for a while and all I kept hearing was lies.
"I swear I did not burn the bus there is a fire breathing women who is running threw the woods." Landon says.
"Do you really expect me to believe that?"
Once I said that Dr.salzman came into the bunker "There is a fire breathing women running through the woods." Once he said that I looked over at Landon and he gave me a look and said "now do you believe me?"
   I just rolled my eyes I can't believe that this was happening to me right now. "So what are we supposed to do?" I was just so shocked in the moment.
   "I called Dorian he is looking up ways to kill it." Dr. Salzman said
   After about a while of us talking we finally went out and we got the monster she was a dragon it was insane  she came at me with a wave of fire but I blocked it with the knife and it stoped it from touching me . I chanted a spell that I was going to use on Landon but it was no normal spell and it got the dragon back down on the ground. I was holding the knife to her throat just about to kill her as she reaches up to try and take it. "Why do you want this so bad...? What's so special about it...? Say something." I could tell she wanted to talk but she obviously couldn't and before I knew it Dr. salzman took the knife and cut her throat and she was dead.
   Dr. Salzman turns around and sees the paper from the spell book that he knew what obviously for a dark magic spell. "What is this?" I knew he knew what it was "this is not earth magic Hope!"
   "This wasn't and earth magic problem." I said in a quiet tone.
   "I was looked the other way this morning because I knew you were hurting but...Hope...this is a death spell which you obviously knew you didn't need it for a dragon which means you had other plans for it."
   I had tears in my eyes and I didn't respond to anything he said because I knew that no matter what I said it wouldn't of change what I did and how mad he was at me.
   "This stuff gets inside you and poisons your mind...this isn't you this is your father."
When Dr. salzman said that it really hurt me inside because I know about my fathers past I know what everyone thinks of him but he was just like me no one understood him he was a good man fighting everyday to be good just like I am.
   "go hid the body and meet me back at the car we will talk more about this later."
   I went and I got rid of the dragon body the words the Dr. salzman said to me kept echoing through my head and it made me feel absolutely terrible, but not only did his words made me feel terrible I could feel the dark magic inside me and it made me feel a little dizzy but I just shook it off and finished hiding the body.
