"Ew it's y/n," Draco said as he neared you.
"Ew it's Draco," You said back, sticking your tongue out.
He walked over to you and snaked his arms around your waist. He kissed the side of you head and asked you, "Slept well love? We have potions in a while, can't have you dozing off while Snape is teaching can we love?"
"Yes love, like a baby. And I can totally sleep in class without getting caught!" You said cheekily. You both started to walk to the potions classroom, his hands still around your waist.
"Yeah? I bet I'll fail miserably." He commented and laughed a bit. You giggled and got away from his grasp. Instead you took his hand and ran the remaining way to the classroom.
Once you have reached the room, you both settled down in desks seated together. Not long after you were seated, Professor Snape sashayed in the room and started teaching. You both were listening intently and full of curiosity as potions has been both of your strengths. Class was soon dismissed and you both headed out the door.
Draco was chatting with one of his teammate as he walked beside you. You made a left turn headed to the library to work on your Defense Against the Dark Arts essay while Draco turned right.
He soon realized that you weren't by his side and he became frantic.
"Love?" He called out, looking left and right trying to find a y/h/c head that looks like yours. He spotted you not long after, walking in the opposite direction of where he was standing.
"Y/n!" He exclaimed as he caught up to you.
"Where were you going love?" He asked, slightly out of breathe from slipping past a number of students.
"To the library love, it's free period and we have an essay in DADA. I only need a few more words left." You said matter-of-factly. He looked at you dumbfounded.
"We had an essay?" He asked again, bewildered. You nodded your head with a grin.
"When is it due?" Another question came from his mouth as he was becoming frantic again.
"After our free period, why do you ask?" Your eyebrows furrowed as he was scratching the back of his neck.
He stuttered and went wide eye. You glared at him as suspicions rose to your head.
"Draco Lucius Malfoy! You said you worked on it yesterday!" You cried. He laughed nervously and gave a weak response.
"Did I?" He laughed again, unsure if he's in trouble for not remembering about his school work.
"Yes you did! Wasn't that the reason why you were out last— Oh you sly wizard." Your voice got deeper once you realized something.
"I'm really sorry love! I was out with Blaise and Theo planning our next quidditch game! It's against Gryffindor, and it's really important. Terribly sorry, forgive me?" He ranted on and on, and then pouted at the end.
"That eager to kick Potter's arse?" You laughed and walked faster, entering the Hogwarts library and finding an empty table. Draco caught up to you.
"This means we're alright, right?" He confirmed. You chuckled then grinned. You finally found an empty table and took a seat. Malfoy pulled out another chair for himself. You were already working on your essay when you caught him staring.
"You better do your essay or no cuddles for a week." You threatened. You saw him scoff from your peripheral vision. He was searching for a piece of parchment from the pile of school supplies he carried around but found none.
He was thinking twice of whether or not to ask you for one, knowing that he'll only get scolded more. He was sheepishly looking at you as you saw him, yet again. Although he didn't notice it.
"Yes Draco?" You lulled as he jumped a little bit in his chair, not knowing that you knew he was looking at you. His mouth was gaping like a fish, opening and closing as he couldn't find the right words to say. He took a deep breathe and finally spoke with the most sweetest tone.
"Do you have a spare piece of parchment, love?" His voice could beat a jar of honey's sweetness. You playfully rolled your eyes and handed him one.
"And a quill," He added, you handed him your extra quill.
"And some ink," His face was a faint shade of pink by then. You smiled and pecked his lips.
"How can I say no?"
