losing caleb

it was tough for caitlyn

when i left for college

they told me

she stopped eating

stopped smiling

just stopped

and i thought

that it would be best for her

less confusing

if i stayed away

so i didn't go home every other weekend

as i had originally planned

instead i studied

and played football

on campus

then

mom called

i remember her yelling

because apparently

my little sister had

driven herself

sick

with worry

i got on the first flight home
