Nan was the quickest to respond and she hit Rush. " you can't just say that once guys ready she'll tell us". Dean and Georgiana and I both gave him disapproving looks. So if I wanted them to be my family again I had to tell them something.
" how about we order and eye I will tell you my story?" They all nodded " you don't have to tell only when you're ready". " thank you but I want to tell you guys my story". The waiter came in and took our orders trying hard not to stare too much of Dean Finlay. You were sipping or Waters when I got the courage to speak.
" I don't know what the police what Jacob told you but I grew up in Charlotte. Not far I guess where we used to live in Atlanta. I loved in the basement for a couple months until Sam start trusting me. They had rules set for me to follow on if I didn't I would be punished.
Susan was the wife of Sam she tried to protect me for a long time. It became too much for and start drinking and doing drugs. Without  her without her protection Sam was more violent". The waiter came in with our food which were salad, soup and our steak with potatoes of our choosing.
As it is placed in front of me I said thanks. Nan and Georgiana were pale and Dean Rush were shaking and fury. " they put me in the school and I always try to stay out of everyone's way. Music and singing were my  escaped from my home life. I had a little jobs to keep money they loaded as long as I gave them some.
I wanted to leave and never come back. So when I got my acceptance letter to go to Julliard and yell for the music program. I chose Juilliard I love it there. Tim called me and he was so Furious I just told him I was going in their room. He didn't believe me and he took a belt to my back". 
I didn't want to tell them of my sexual abuse yet I will wait to tell them that. " the night I was leaving I just kept giving some more drinks until you passed out. Susan wasn't home at the time. So I went to my room and grab the plane ticket in my suitcase.
I was almost about to leave when I saw Susan in the kitchen. She knew I was leaving she had a sad look about her. She gave me back my nut locket necklace I was wearing when I was taken in my bracelet". I showed them my bracelet and necklace and they all gasped in shock.
" when I went to the police a week ago they sent detectives Tara Sam and Susan. They found Susan murdered on the Florence and killed her. They are now worried he might be after me I have a police at campus and some of my classes. I wanted to meet my family. I only found out about you because my social security number didn't match what I sent in for my college application.
So I did research and I found everything out". They all stopped eating as I told my story to them. Dean and Georgia, Nan and then we're all crying. Rush had tears in his eyes they were almost falling. " so you just walked out the door and got on a plane?" Rush asked in a raspy voice thick of emotions.
" yes but I thought Susan was going to stop me". And you telling them would be huge for them. " do you remember anything before you were taken?" Georgiana  asked. " a few things but not much. I remember when Nan was born and I loved her beautiful red hair.
Rush I used to play all the time and he always protect me if I needed it". After I said that Rush got a hard look in his eyes. " I didn't do a very good job you were taken". " you're still my hero Rush ran after the van after I was taken. I remember Mom always doing my hair so pretty.
Also going for weekends with your dad and this necklace he gave me. I also had one of your favorite drumsticks you gave me. I left them in my room so I don't know if they're still there. Oh and I remember another little boy he had brown hair and is really curly". 
They look relieved as I remembered some things from my life from before. We kind of went into silent mode but we ate a little bit but my appetite was gone. " well you're with us now and nothing is going to happen to you now". I could see that Dean meant every word of what he promised.
" Rush has apartment in Manhattan so that's where we're staying for a while to get to know you". " thanks man I think it would be great having you all here in New York". " so what is it that you all do?" " I'm still in high school it's grade 11 so I have a year-and-a-half left there before I graduate". 
" I never liked school but it was a better than the house". I looked over at rush waiting for his answer. " I'm in college for finance I am very good at numbers and working the stock markets". I looked at him very impressed with what he was doing.
" well we just finished our world tour so we're taking a break before we do any concerts". " I would love to see one of your concerts but I will wait until you're in New York and I can buy tickets". " from now on you will not be buying any tickets to see your own father at a concert". 
I love the he was being all protective and wanting to do things for me already. I nodded my head in understanding. I noticed Georgiana I was being very quiet since I told my story she was still staring at the table. I looked on true but I called loved her.
" Mom are you okay". She blinked a few times coming out of her dazed. " yes I'm alright just trying to come to terms". We were almost finished the meal when the waiter came in and gave the check to Dean. " I think it would be best if you come back to Rosemary and live with me".
Georgiana stated this conviction in her voice. Stop others just kind of looked at her butt turn to me for my response. I didn't want to break a relationship that just started to build. " I am sorry Mom but I can't do that. I built my life here and music and singing is my life. In a year and a half I'll come to Rosemary.
Also summer is coming up I would love to come to your home you built. A right now this is where I need to be". She looks so angry she said fine be that way. She grabbed her purse and left. I said I'm truck as she just left. When I looked over Dean and Rush had to look up Pride.
Man had surprised look but she looked happy someone stood up to her. " honey I'm so glad you spoke your mind. Let's grub the lemon drop you off"
