Me and James had a great time, I mean he was himself more than ever yesterday and that's why I liked him.
Its all I could think about while getting ready for school, but then I realised he liked Talia. What sort of guy wouldn't, she was rich, popular and pretty. All of the guys in her year and my year desired to get with her.
"Hunny I'm off out to do some food shopping I made you breakfast, I'll see you" I heard my Mom shout and my Dad shout bye. Its been like this since I started secondary school. My mom and dad got offered a new job that was permanent, but was working most hours of each day, they took it because we was in need of money, we almost lost our house once, I was ten. But that's all changed now and it will never happen again.
"Bye mom, bye dad!"
"Hey Ever your Dad let me in, have you text Jeremy and asked him?" Shit I totally forgot, I got so caught up in tutoring James and fell asleep straight after. I quickly sent him a text asking if he could come with me, straight away he text back saying he'd love to, I can't wait, hopefully it won't bother James as much as I think it did.

We had math first, I was in a joyful mood and wanted to express my happiness to everyone I saw. "HEY JAMES" I shouted as he came into the classroom, without being late which was surprising. "Hey Ever" he said giggling at my excitement, his laugh gave me goosebumps. " why are you so happy? Is it because you just love having math with me?" He asked I felt my cheeks heat up and quickly looked away "I love it when you blush, you're so cute."
Our teacher began talking about what we were doing today etc. My head rested in one hand as the other was on the table next to James'. As she was balking he placed his hand on top of mine which made me shiver. I looked up at him slowly, he was focused on the lesson, smiling. "I want you to work with the person next to you and complete this worksheet that we will mark next lesson, so I expect discussion about the work" she explained the rules which I doubt most people will follow.
As soon as I got the work sheet I started answering questions as James watched. His hand was still placed on top of mine as I wrote with my left hand scruffily. "Can I do some and you help me?" He suggested, I nodded passing him the sheet. Surprisingly he wasn't too bad, I guess I'm a good tutor. "So whos that friend you're taking to Talia's or is Ashley taking someone?" James asked looking at me curiously. He was going to know I was taking Jeremy so I might as well tell him now. "Oh um I'm taking a friend actually. So are you going with Talia then?" I asked he looked down and answered "oh yeah um but we're just friends, I'm over her now, we're just friends" he looked at the worksheet not wanting to look up at me while talking, was he lying? "Oh um okay."
There was an awkward silence between us for awhile until he finally spoke "I actually wanted to go with you but I guess we can't really do that" he admitted, I got so annoyed with everything, why couldn't he tell me he liked her still, and what happened in London. "James I know you liked Talia when you said you liked me, I know I was the one you needed to get over her, why couldn't you just tell me." I looked down at my fingers fiddling with my pen. "I didn't use you to get over her, I just happened to not be over for her as my feelings for you progressed, I do like you, a lot but from your signals you don't like me, that's why I've stayed away, I don't want to fall for someone if the feelings aren't mutual. Talia's just a friend Ever, I promise, but you're more to me than that." Once he got that off his chest, he looked relived, like a weight had been lifted off his shoulder. I honestly didn't know what to say, I was so confused. "You now I like you a lot James, and on the wheel I didn't kiss you because I felt like you wasn't completely over her."
The bell went for break and I got up and packed my things as James did. He grabbed my hand walking out of class which was weird but I didn't mind. "I really want to kiss you now but school isnt a romantic environment" he whispered in my ear making me laugh.
Friday 10th October 2014
James was comfortably sat on my sofa with puffy red eyes, he looked tired. "James what do you want?" I shouted slightly at him, I didn't want him here I wanted to look after Jeremy without the drama. "Please Ever we need to talk, I'm sorry" I couldn't deal with this, I looked over at Jeremy, his hands formed into fists and his facial expressions weren't happy at all. "LEAVE!" Jeremy shouted, James stood up also looking rather angry. "No, Ever you don't know him, he's dangerous, you can't get involved in his games" James warned me about him, again. "James you don't know him like I do, he's not dangerous at all, now please leave."
James pushed past Jeremy making him tumble slightly. Jeremy pulled James back and hit him square in the face making him fall to the floor with a bloody face. Jeremy just hit James in the face, how do I look after them both?
