chapter thirty two - surprise!

The journey consisted of me being bored in the back with Jai being depressed about Ruby, and James and Beau whisperinw about the situation, they were pretty good whisperers since I didn't catch a thing they were saying.

We arrived at a hotel, it was at a lake and was pretty fancy to me.

"Oh.my.god. What about my stuff?" I asked being surprised that they planned this all along. "Ashley packed it while you was showering, she managed to sneak it without you noticing." James smirked grabbing my hand as we entered the building.

The hotel itself was more old fashioned than modern but looked more like it suited a queen than us. (a.n I am queen tho) we saw Daniel and Jose as we entered with Luke and Ashley. They looked as if they were having a funny conversation since laughs echoed the reception. "Oh God" Jose moaned rolling her eyes at the sight of Maria. I looked over at her as her hands formed into fists. "I'm going to the cafe." "But how do you know where it is?" "I'll find it some how." She marched off not wanting to cause another scene with Jose.

From the looks of it Jose was a vicious character, but with a warm heart since she's with Daniel. "Shit you need to calm down Josephine." She slapped him laughing at him calling her Josephine.

We got our keys and headed to the rooms. Each couple if you'd like to call it, had their own room. One with Ash and Luke, Beau and Maria, Jose and Daniel, me and James, but Jai unfortunately was on his own, now I know why he was so caught up about things. I wanted to comfort him, or one of the boys too but he seemed like he didn't want to be around anyone, and if I was in his situation I wouldn't blame him. Having couples surround him while he missed his long lost love Ruby, I felt guilty in a way but what could I do?

The journey was longer than I thought and it was 6:00pm already so we went down to eat dinner. We all dressed smartly, all the girls in dresses and the boys in suits. When I came out of the toilet I saw James sitting on the bed, he looked breath taking. I had to stand there to take in all his beauty at once. He smiled looking at me up and down with a grin.

"You look beautiful." I laughed and blushed taking his hand as we headed downstairs.

The others were already at the table, all except Jai. "Where's Jai?" James asked everyone, they all looked at each other and shrugged. "No idea" Beau said examining at the menu. I realised Jose and Maria weren't so snappy, I guess they had a chat. I sat next to Ashley and wanted to ask. "Are Maria and Jose friends now?" I asked covering our faces with menu. "Well I think Jose approached her and apologized, but I don't think they're gonna suddenly be bff's now are they." I laughed at the image of them being best buddies.

After we ordered I wanted James to come with me to check up on Jai since we were both concerned as the others. We went up in the lift, we didn't exactly have a conversation. We were both in a different corner on the lift, I felt his eyes watching me. He walked over putting his arms around me and kissed my neck and whispered in my ear. "Its so easy to fall in love with you." I smiled and kissed his cheek, the door opened and I wobbled out not being a pro at walking in heels. I stopped my the wall and backed James up. I saw Jai talking to a girl outside his room. "Who's that?" James whispered as we couldn't see her face properly. She wore a yellow dress and white pumps, her hair curled at the tips, she was hugging him, it looked like Jai was sobbing into her arms, it was Ruby.
