chapter twenty seven - Ruby

I woke up to James slapping me in the face in his sleep. Well honestly I didn't get much sleep since I was up till 4am or later and it was now around 10am. I checked my phone to see I had messages on the kik chat I was in with Luke, Beau, Daniel, Jai, James and Ash.

Beautiful: James was supposed to stay at mine last night where the fuck is he?

Daniel: I may or may not know the answer to that

Jai: I wonder where Ever, James and Ash are on this fine day

I put my phone down and rolled out of bed heading my way to the toilet. I looked at myself in the mirror disapproving of my appearance. My hair was knotty and my face shiny, ugh. I washed my face making me more awake and brushed my hair, well tried to anyway. When I went back to my room I saw James awake on his phone. Crawling back under the covers he smirked at me "morning." He said in his croaky morning voice "morning, I'm going out with Ashley later so I might need to get ready." I said skipping to my wardrobe and looking for a decent outfit. "I see you told them about me being with you on the chat" he said scrolling through the chat on his phone "Oh um yeah."

I got out a pair of high waisted black jeans, a grey t-shirt and a random jacket and headed my way to the toilet again to get dressed. I saw James smirk at me for some reason as I walked to the bathroom, and then I realized I was half naked, which made me walk quicker to the bathroom which made him chuckle.

I told James to wait in case my Mom and Dad were in till he could come down. So I made my way downstairs and checked the living room, and kitchen and no one was there. There was a small note on the counter saying

I shouted for James to come down as I made some toast for us, he was dressed in the shirt and jeans from last night. As we ate my phone buzzed, I'm guessing it was Ash.

Ash: I'm on my way with Luke, he suggested for James and him to come the cunt

Ev: lul ok

"Ashley said Luke's coming and he wants you to come also" I said which made his face light up. "Good because I want more food" I nodded. I was texting Ashley on my phone and could feel him staring at me. "Why are you staring?" I giggled making him blush slightly. "You're beautiful" I blushed immediately and got annoyed at myself at how he had that affect on me. "They're outside" I said grabbing my bag and heading out the door. James picked up my hand and spun me around and kissed my forehead "Let's role."

We jumped in the back of the car, Luke and Ashley kept giving us funny looks and assumed we did 'the dirty' last night, which definitely didn't happen.

We arrived at town and walked around for a bit to look for a coffee shop instead of going to Costa or Starbucks. "There!" Luke shouted pointing at a rather large coffee shop, it looked cute. We entered the shop which didn't seem as popular as your regular coffee shop. We sat down on some comfy chairs in a corner when a waitress came over. "Hello may I take your order please?" She asked politely, I looked at her and saw she was quite pretty, she wore her uniform and her hair was in a lower pony tail and her fringe scattered across her forehead. The boys looked up at her in shock as she did the same. "Ruby?" Luke asked looking at her in confusion as me and Ash did the same.
