Chapter Eleven

After almost an hour of playing, Levy and Wendy watched anxiously as both teams attempted to break the tie. Just a single point was needed to end the game, Lucy served the ball. Jellal hit it upwards, Gajeel dashed forward to give it a monster smash back into Gray's area. Gray nearly missed the ball if it wasn't for Natsu returning it behind him. The ball flew high into the air, Lyon hit it before it landed on the ground.

Erza spiked the ball aiming past Jellal near the sand, Their team cheered knowing Jellal wouldn't save it. Juvia dove forward as fast as she could, her forearm stopping Ezra's shot. She fell hard into the ground. Lucy passed the ball to Erza, Gray and Lyon were too concerned about Juvia to concentrate on their game. Gajeel was given the ball earning their final point. Levy changed the number on the scoreboard,

"Final score! 14-15! Team Gajeel is victorious!" Wendy cheered,

Gajeel and Lyon shook hands with mutual respect. Erza patted them both on the back before returning to Jellal. She pinched his cheeks,

"You were going easy on me." She pouted,

"Yeah... I know." Jellal winked at her,

Lucy and Juvia moped together under a tree, they both wanted to switch teams. Lyon shook hands with Natsu,

"Good game." Natsu laughed,

"It was interesting indeed." Lyon replied before returning to Juvia,

"Juvia don't be sad, didn't you plan something with miss Levy for us today?" He tried his best to sound polite despite being slightly sympathetic.

Juvia slowly stood up, she pressed her hands to her cheeks turning red from embarrassment. Lucy stared up at her face, she poked one of Juvia's pale thighs. Juvia ran to find Levy, Lyon scratched his head before running after Juvia.

Lucy dusted herself off, "Well they do make a cute couple." Lucy smiled,

she took the opportunity to find Natsu to prepare him for their next event. Levy and Gajeel were talking with Erza and Jellal. Natsu, Gray and Wendy left from the snack bar. Wendy handed Juvia and Lyon water, while Natsu handed some to Levy and Gajeel. He walked off to find Lucy, Gray gave the remaining to Jellal and Erza.

"So for Juvia's portion she asked Levy to assist in case of an emergency." Juvia gestured to Levy,

"I have to say I'm fairly confident in my ability." Levy nodded her head,

Erza asked, "So what's the next activity?" She looked around.

"Here." Juvia answered,

The group stared at her, Gray folded his arms giving her an unfazed glance. Levy and Juvia stepped knee deep into the water, Natsu held Lucy's hand as he walked towards the girls.

"Wait we aren't gonna be riding a boat are we?" He asked anxiously,

"No we aren't." Levy answered,

"We are going deep sea diving." Juvia explained,

"I know most of you aren't that fond of the idea, but with our abilities I'm sure we will be fine." Juvia beamed,

Team Natsu remembered their encounter with fishes during the 100 years quest. It wasn't exactly the most enjoyable, however Juvia and Levy managed to persuade them anyways. Once everyone was chest deep into the water Juvia explained that Levy was required to assist in case anything were to go wrong with her script script air spell.

Juvia casted the spell as everyone dove down, the air bubble experience made things much more convenient. No blurred vision with water in their eyes etc. Lyon started panicking once he noticed that Juvia didn't have a water bubble on, Lyon held her arm pointing to her with one hand, then to his water bubble with the other.
