The sun rose and Alia woke up, all fresh and happy with the environment around. Other members were already awake. Some were busy preparing breakfast while others were preparing themselves for breakfast.
The Family that eats together, stays together. They all had their breakfasts together, after which Subhaan and Niyaaz went in, to get ready as they had to leave for some business related work. "I thought you were on vacation!" said Zoya, a bit disappointed, as they had planned to visit the town that day. "I can't do anything darling..." said Subhaan as he buttoned his shirt, just then Alia interrupted "Work come first Zoi" "Yess!" Agreed Subhaan, "but that doesn't mean you'll spend your VACATION working" Alia said. "Yess!" added Zoya.
"Hey Alia" came a voice from the door, she turned to see Sharaya, "Hey Shar, wassup?" she said "I want to go up to the terrace, you mind coming with me?" "Yeah sure, I have some work as well, let's go." replied Sharaya.
They both climbed the stairs and went up into the terrace. There was a door to store room just in front of the terrace entrance. Sharaya's room was towards the left corner of the terrace. The area from her room to the terrace entrance was roofed, rest was open with sun shining bright. The washroom was behind the store room and a huge water tank was in the extreme right corner.
They entered Sharaya's room which was furnished with a double bed in the middle, a cupboard in the corner to the left of the door. Window was besides the wardrobe opening towards the gate of the house and a study table at the end corner of the room opposite to the cupboard. Sharaya was searching for her stuff in the cupboard and Alia peeped out of the window. She saw a Tam-Tam coming towards Hamd House, Zeeshaan got down from it. Alia couldn't control her happiness she yelled, "Shar! Zee is here, let's go" Sharaya closed the drawers and ran towards the door following Alia downstairs.
They entered the living room, pushing off the curtain that hung in the entrance, in front of them stood a tall, tanned guy with visible beard, wearing a white shirt with blue polka dots paired with black jeans, playing with kids. "Zeee...." yelled Alia and he picked his face up to see her, their happiness was like a child seeing a rainbow. "Alia..." he said as she flung into his arms. "Me too" said Sharaya hugging both of them. People present there started laughing. "You've grown so tall, oh my god! We have another handsome youngster in the house now" said Alia. "And look at you, still a baby" replied Zee and started laughing. "You..." said Alia and started chasing him around the house, just then she saw Subhaan's mobile phone on the sofa. She ran towards the door to hand him the phone as she had seen him standing outside, talking to someone. When she pulled the curtain towards her right, someone outside did the same but to the other side.
As the curtain moved Alia found herself standing in front of a guy in black shirt, both sleeves half folded, with a pair of blue jeans. Alia had almost bumped onto his broad chest. 'Who the hell is he?' she thought, slowly looking up towards the face of the guy. Stiff shoulder, tall and fair his pink lips were clearly visible in between his well maintained beard and moustache, pointed nose and a long neck. Her heart was beating fast, as if she had just completed a marathon. 'Perfect' thought Alia as she looked into his deep brown eyes, bushy messed up hair completed his look. Alia had now identified the person. Ahaan Ali in black looked stupefying.
"Assalamualaikum Alia, how are you?" asked Ahaan Ali in deep bold voice. "Walaikumasalam, I am good bhai" she said and walked outside ignoring further conversation with a smile, Ahaan turned back, "Attitude... I like it" he said in an inaudible voice.
She walked out to give her father the phone to her surprise the person Subhaan was talking to was none other than Kuwair Ali. "It's good that we met you now, it might take us long to return......" said Subhaan to the new comers, Alia interrupted "Daddy, you forgot your phone" and handed him the phone, "Assalamualaikum" she said turning towards Kuwair and his wife. "Mashallah, look at you young lady. Beautiful you look" said Anisa, Kuwair's wife, pulling Alia's cheeks. "Yes!! Indeed!" said Kuwair patting Alia's back, which wasn't comfortable to her. "You people come in, I'll take Nia inside." said Alia, happy that she found a reason to escape. Nia was Kuwair's 3 year old daughter.
