Chapter 4

I woke up in the morning in a different bed. In a different house. I began to freak out, and started breathing heavily. I looked around for any sign of familiarity but found none... And then I looked next to me. I found the most beautiful orange eyes watching me.

"Blaise.." I whispered, then kissed his nose.

"Done freaking out?" He smiled, crinkling his nose adorably. "Actually, continue. I find it adorable."

I kicked him gently in the leg, and said, "you know what I find adorable?"

"Hmm?" He made his cutest puppy dog face. I smiled little.

"Pups. When they are learning to Change. It's just the cutest thing!"

He kicked me gently back, and we both started going back and forth kicking each other. I giggled, but then stopped. I jumped on top of him, and flushed a dark pink, realizing we were both undressed.

"Uh.." I started.

"I guess this is what we did last night then.." He looked up at me, and all my embarrassment was forgotten. Lost in his beautiful orange eyes. I leaned down and kissed him, wrapping my arms around his neck, and him doing the same to me. He pushed me off him, gently, and I rolled next to him, still kissing. I smiled, and so did he.

"Wait, we can't do this now."

"Why not?"

"I-I don't know, it just doesn't feel right."

"Oh, ok."

"I'm sorry. How about we go for a run?"

He smiled up at me, then nodded his head. "But after this." He kissed me again, just like last night, and I smiled.

"Fine," I kissed back, and could feel his smile.

Walking into our normal spot, I try to fix my hair.

"Look! Do you know how long it takes to do this hair?!"

"Yeah, a whole two seconds!"

"Shush!" I punched him gently in the arm and giggled as we approached the clearing.

"Do you want me to go into the forest?" Blaise asked, flushing.

"Uh.. It.. I-it's alright." I felt the heat rush to my cheeks, and smiled at him.

"Ok," He removed his shirt and jeans, and I felt my cheeks redden more. I took got undressed quickly, as did he, and we both knelt down to start the Change.

I felt my fur and tail grow. I could feel my anatomy changing. I shut my eyes, and when I opened them, I was a wolf. Standing across from me, his orange eyes shining, was Blaise. I walked up to him and nuzzled my snout into the side of his face. He smiled as best as he could in wolf form, and I licked behind his ear. He started walking a flicked his tail so that I would follow. I could smell freshwater and guessed that was where we're going.

When we arrived at the stream, I walked closer to him, pretending I was going to lay down. I knelt down a little, then shoved him into the water. He shot me a fierce look, and I jumped in after him. Without meaning to, I notice that I'm Changing back to my human form. He is too.

"Why," I started, when I fully Changed, "does this keep happening?"

"I don't know, but I kinda like it," he smirked at me, and I kicked gently.

"Well now we're stuck like this in the stream. Our clothes are kind of far away." I said.

"I'll get them," he said, walking out of the lake. I blushed fiercely, and looked at my feet in the water. He smiled at me, then walked off into the forest.

Moments later, he appeared again, dressed, with my clothes in his hands. I Changed quickly, shook off, and then Changed back, grabbing my clothes from him with a smile. I got dressed and tried to tie my hair up in a bun.

"Here, I'll help with that," Blaise said, walking over to me. He tied my hair up for me, and kissed the top of my head. "By the way, you smell like wet dog."

"You don't smell any better yourself mister." I looked up at him and smiled, and he leaned down and kissed me. "Should we go home?"

"Yeah, let's go." He grabbed my hand and we walked back to his house.

Ring ring ring

Oh shit! I thought, hearing my phone ring. I relaxed a little when I noticed it was just Tempest, but freaked out at what she said. 

"What were you thinking, spending the night!? Dad's furious! He wants you home now!! He's going to kill you, Cecily!"

"I-Nothing happened.. Except kissing. But that's it.." 

"I know when you're lying Cece, don't bother. Mom and Dad don't, and I won't tell."

"Thanks, Temp, you're really the best sister ever."

"No problem. And I suggest not coming home for a couple days, Dad is ready to kill you. Where are you? Blaise's still?"

"Yeah. Thanks so much again. Just tell me when you think it'll be safe to come home. Oh! Also, could you bring me clothes and stuff?  Just pack a bag or something."

"Yeah, no problem! Give me an hour?" 

"Sure, thanks again!"

"You're welcome," I could hear her smile, and then she hung up. 

"Well, I get to stay here for a few days. I guess we could repeat last night," I winked at him.

"Oh, I'd love to." He smiled at me, and kissed me. "But maybe later, I'm hungry"

"Oh gee, I feel loved."

"You are, just not as much as lunch is."

"Love you too, Boo" I blew him a kiss, making fun of a bunch of girls in my school.

"On second thought... Maybe lunch could wait."
