Since the drawing is taking forever to finish and y'all are probably curious, here's his information.
Name: Oleander Gender: male Age: 35 Sexuality: pansexual Species: poisonous flower demon Fandom: mostly Hazbin Hotel, but I might have him in some other fandoms and/or my own little stories. Personality: shy, almost always flustered, salty if you do anything to his flowers, very VERY fond about the Oleander flower (hence his name and species), falls in love with everyone he sees (he legit can't help it, it's a curse) Some backstory: he is an only child who lived with his mother, his only family. They were incredibly poor and couldn't afford much other than some clothes, a shitty home, and some food. Oleander's real name was Oliver when he was alive. Out behind his house we're a bunch of oleanders, his mom had warned him multiple times about how poisonous they were, but this only peaked his interest in the flowers as he studied them whenever he could. The kids at his school were pretty mean and he was usually bullied, and his mom couldn't always be there as she had to work multiple jobs just so she could afford to pay for the house and food. Once on April 1st Oliver decided it would be funny to set the school on fire for a prank, and since they lived in a really small and pretty poor town, he was able to easily get his hands on some gasoline and stole some matches from his mother when she wasn't home. Oliver planned out everything for 5 weeks beforehand so he knew what he was doing. Since the school was pretty small, he was able to block all the entrances and exits by pouring gasoline around the school and lighting it up, burning the building down from the outside in, since almost everything in the building was incredibly flammable and there weren't many fire extinguishers available. This was what start Oliver's interest in murder. Only one kid survived the fire and he spent 20 years stalking them before finally poisoning them using, you can probably guess, oleanders. He had gotten a job at a restaurant when he was much older and the kid who survived went there often. He broke apart an oleander and hid it inside of the kid's food, killing him almost instantly. Nobody ever found out it was Oliver who did it. Oliver started poisoning people as a hobby since he thought it was funny to watch them die because of a flower. Oliver ended up dating a man at one point that he loved dearly, but after a few months he realized that his boyfriend was not as good as a person as he seemed. Oliver was going to poison him, but decided to wait a while longer before doing so. They ended up getting engaged, to Oliver's dismay, and when they got married, once they were supposed to kiss, Oliver quickly pulled out a small bottle of poison and drank it, holding it in his mouth to avoid swallowing, and kissed his husband, shoving as much of the poison as he could into the other's mouth. They both died that day, but Oliver just smiled the entire time as they both died. Oh! I forgot to mention! When he was a kid, he and some other kids would usually play cops and robbers, but Oliver would always choose to be a murderer and pretended to kill someone with poison, one time while they were playing, he yelled at a kid playing the roll of a cop, "You'll never catch me alive!" And the kid never caught up to him before it was time to go inside, a few years later, that same kid became a cop after he had separated schools and didn't see Oliver again until he was assigned to the case of a bunch of people dying in a small town due to Oleander poisoning. He had gotten so close to linking the case to Oliver, but Oliver had poisoned himself and his husband right before he had gotten to arrest him. Both Oliver and the cop remembered what was said that day they played cops and robbers together on the playground. Basic information: Oleander is poisonous, if you touch him you'll get incredibly sick and it's near impossible to cure, if you kiss him you die. He killed his husband a second time after they woke up together in hell and his husband tried to attack him for killing him, but he ended up dying due to Oleander being untouchable. Oleander falls in love with everyone despite not being able to be touched, it is his punishment in Hell for what he's done. The only demons that are able to touch him would be other oleander demons or poisonous plant demons, all of which he has never met before.
