Emma's POV

"Why did you take us here?" Emma asked as they arrived at the docks. She glanced at Killian and noticed how his blue eyes went a shade lighter. She was about to hold his hand but the soft spray of the sea joined the cold, harsh winds and together they made Emma shiver. She had to tug on her jacket to keep herself warm. Killian noticed and immediately put his arm around her waist and used his body warmth to keep her from being cold. Emma gave him a smile.

But Hans interrupted their little moment with his gruff voice, "This was where I saw a man practically drag a woman towards the forest. It was too early in the morning for there to be any sunlight but I saw the woman's hair color which was darker than the night sky."

"Yeahp, that's Snow." Killian sighed, tightening is hold on Emma, "Did you follow them?"

"Sort of." Hans pursed his lips, "But I lost them once they entered the forest."

"Well, at least now we know that my mom's in the forest." Emma looked at Hans with dark and distant eyes, "Thanks for the help."

He nodded. He turned to leave but before he walked away he yelled, "Don't forget about our deal!" And like that, he disappeared in the town.

Once he was out of sight, Emma looked up at Killian and whispered, "He's not telling us the full truth.".

He furrowed his eyebrow, "What do you mean?"

"I mean..." Emma looked at the ocean, the way it moved smoothly. There's nothing rough about a wave, even a large one. It starts out smooth and ends by splashing softly on the shore. Just like good lies, it comes out so smooth that you could barely sense it and ends with a gentle touch. But Hans's lie wasn't even close to smooth. He looked tensed and every time he stopped talking to wait for Emma's response, his lips would form a thin line, "... that he's lying."

Killian shrugged, "With all do respect, my love, doesn't it seem like he's telling the truth?"

Slightly offended by him questioning her super power, she glared at him, "It's too messy. If the 'man' took the lady to the forest, why would he be walking toward the docks when he could be walking towards the forest? The docks are too far from the forest and I'm guessing that my mother's kidnapper wanted to take her fast. It just doesn't seem right to come here before going to the forest, unless the guy's in love with the ocean."

Killian smirked, "I'm the only person in this town who loves the ocean with a deep passion. And we both know that I didn't kidnap her. So, of course-" His smirk quickly fell as his eyes widened.

"What?" Emma asked.

"There's only one other person next to me who adores being close to the water..." He looked at her with his worried, oceanic eyes, "... And that's Blackbeard."

Emma's eyebrows shot up, "Blackbeard? He's real, too?"

Killian dismissed her question with a wave of his hand as he continued thinking out loud, "And back in the Missing Year, I..." He glanced at Emma, "... defeated him."

"Excuse me?"

He scratched the back of his head, "No, defeating him was too easy. The bloody man was grinning while he was brought to his death. He must've had help." He turned to look at Emma straight in the eye, "He could've escaped his death! And if he did escape..."

A smile was slowly forming on Emma's face, "Then, that means Hans just helped us find out who this man is."

"Don't be too happy, love." Killian looked around as if he were being stalked, "This man is dangerous. He's ten times worse than the past Captain Hook. And he might already know just exactly who you are." He stared into her eyes with his widened ones, "To be precise, who you belong to."

Regina's POV

"Regina?" A voice echoed in the darkness, "Regina!"

She groaned as she woke up from the familiar voice's cries. After rubbing her eyes, she struggled to get up off the ground. Why yell randomly at what... 4 am? 5 am? Regina tried to look at her watch but it was too dark to see.

After brushing off the invisible dust on her pants, she waited for the voice to come back but after waiting for what seemed like forever, she gave up and laid back down to get some more sleep.

"Regina!" The voice roared, causing her to bolt up, "Regina you have to wake up! Who did this to her? ... Well, I don't care how they did this, just cure her!"

Great, she thought, now the voice is talking to itself.

Then and there, the most peculiar thing happened to her. She felt someone slide their arms under her knees and back. She felt the person lift her but she wasn't being lifted - she could only feel it. She began to think that this was some sort of test to see how long she could stay here before going mad. Or maybe she was asleep and could hear all of this from the outside.

Just an hour ago, she was following Hans carefully into the diner. One minute she was standing next to him while he sat in the booth waiting for his 'date', the next she felt herself fall asleep. She didn't even know how, she was sure that there wasn't any other wizard in the diner to attack her. And even if there was, they wouldn't be able to see her.

So, here she is now, standing in the middle of no where and looking right in the darkness as she heard and felt things that she shouldn't have. Maybe she was going crazy. Maybe she was-

"Don't worry, Regina." She felt the voice whisper lovingly into her ear, "I have you safe in my arms, now."

It wasn't until then that Regina had finally recognize the voice. Since at first it was distant, she thought the voice could possibly belong to Hook or even Rumplestiltskin. She could barely track the accent so she wasn't sure which one. But now, since it was close to her ear, she figured out who it belonged to.

Robin Hood.

Robin Hood's POV

"What?" His eyes widened as he brought his ear to Regina's lips. He waited for a few minutes for her to say his name again but, she didn't say anything else.

"Robin." David looked at him, worriedly, "I know she doesn't look good but you can't start to... hallucinate now. Not when we need you."

"I wasn't hallucinating." Robin Hood furrowed his eyebrows, "She called for me, I heard. But it didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me, or reach for me. It just seemed like she was just..."

"Saying your name." Rumplestiltskin cut in, "It sounded like she figured out who you are."

"She doesn't have her memories?" An invisible rope tightened around his heart.

"No, not like that." Rumplestiltskin dismissed his idea by waving his hand, "She didn't recognize your voice."

"Is it good that she knows how my voice sounds like, now?" Robin cocked an eyebrow.

Rumple raised his eyebrows and made an amused smirk, "It should be. But since it took her this long to figure out-" he lowered his voice to a dangerously quiet whisper, "- I suggest that you should not be so optimistic."
