Slade's P.O.V.
It's been a week since I said those things to Quinn and, I feel extremely guilty. She hasn't even looked at me since then. I can't seem to get her out of my head, I thinks it's because what she did reminds me of what "she" did to me one time. I just wish I would stop thinking about her but I can't.
" Hey Sladey can you take me to the library, I really need to turn in these books?" Kamaria asks.
" Sure kiddo just let me get my car keys." I say with a smile.
" Yay! thank you Sladey!"She exclaims.
" Your welcome." I say as I look in my room for my keys.
After I get my keys I run down stairs to where Kamaria is sitting. I usher her out the door and into my car. On the way to the library she tells me about her ballet recital that is coming up ,and how she got the main part. It's times like this I miss Lillian the most, she loved going to Kamaria's swim meets and ballet recitals and cheering her on. She treated my sister like she was the most precious thing in the world. She was the only person my sister loved more than me, so you can imagine that it was really hard on her with Lillian committed suicide. She didn't understand why she did it, but I'm pretty sure if she knew the truth she would never forgive me .
As we pull into the parking lot I take a deep breath, and look up at the building with anxiety. Lillian used to come here to escape from her family. It seemed like she was always here, everytime I come here now I have to wait a couple seconds before I come in. So I won't lose it when I go in, I especially can't do that with my sister here.
" Are we going in or what?" asks Kamaria.
" Oh yeah of course just give me one more second." As I say this I think of the last time I saw Lillian here.
I remember walking in and seeing her beautiful face behind a book as usual it was some silly romance novel. Her beautiful blonde hair streaked with brown highlights, heavy eyeliner surrounding her beautiful sky blue eyes. I walked to the table and sat down, and then she looked up at me with that rare smile of hers that stole my breath away.
" Are you here to actually study, or you here to distract me." She says with a smirk.
" Most likely to distract you, you know I'm a huge procrastinator." I say with a sly grin.
" Haha I definitely know that. That's why I never choose you as my science partner." She laughs and I feel my heart beat faster.
" Hey that's rude I may do that to other people but I would never do that you." I laugh.
" Really, what about your girlfriend wouldn't you do the same for her?" As she says this I can see a blush forming on her face.
" Nah she wouldn't do any of the work anyways." I smirk at her and her now full on blush.
" You shouldn't say that about her, she really loves you." She says with a slight frown.
" You mean she loves that I'm popular." I mutter under my breath.
" She wouldn't hate me as much as she does if she didn't love you trust me." She says with a shake of her head.
