CHAPTER 2

They've decided to spent the whole day bonding with each other. Cris cancelled her appointments and Aylo with her flight. Pagod na Napa salampak siya sa couch niya. Kauuwi lang niya sa unit niya.

Why does she feels so tired even though they just go on shopping and to the amusement park. But if it's a call of duty she never gets exhausted.

She sigh before leaning on the couch.

When she regain her consciousness it's already 5 in the morning. Nakatulog na pala siya sa couch dahil sa sobrang pagod. Tamad na tumayo siya sa pagkaka upo at pumasok sa kwrto niya. It's very unusual for her to woke up late. Four AM kasi ay ginigising sila kaya naka sanayan na niya.

She opend her luggage and get some clothes in the bed. Yes her clothes are everywhere and her important things are shattered inside the luggage. Namulot siya ng damit at nilagay sa loob ng luggage.

Sinigurado niya na kasya ang damit na dala niya para sa isang linggo. She ready her passport some money. She then took a shower and get dressed before going out of her unit. Wala sa plano niya ang buruhin ang sarili sa loob ng unit niya. Hindi niya kayang mag stay sa isang lugar na naka upo lang. Parang laging nasisilihan ang pwet niya pag naka upo lang siya.

When she arrived at the airport and took an urgent flight she fished her cellphone out of her pocket.

There she recieved a text from Aylo saying that they will meet up in Cris's office. It's already 8 in the morning that time and her flight is 8:30 in the morning.

To Aylonsia: I can't meet up with you guys. I'm going to Hawaii.

She replied flatly.

From Aylonsia: WHATT!!! You never mentioned that yesterday bakit biglaan naman yata.

To Aylonsia:You know I can't stand spending my free time just sitting on the couches watching TV and such so I look for an adventure.

She hit the send before throwing it inside her pocket again.

After a couple of seconds her phone rang. It's Aylonsia. She answered the call.

"Why the f*ck didn't you tell us that your leaving for Hawaii? " Napa kibit balikat nalang siya as if Cris can see her.
"Well ngayon lang pumasok sa isip ko na punta sa Hawaii for some vacation. You know skydiving or such." She said while looking at her wrist watch. Naiinip na siya at kunot nuo na.

"What the f*ck took them so long. " she hissed na napalakas pala at nakinig sa kabilang linya.

"You're with someone? " takang tanong nito.
"No I'm talking about the flight. What took them so long."

"What time is your flight? Maybe we can meet up." Said on the other line.
As if on cue their flight number is being called.
"Nah don't bother my flight number was just being called. " she just hear her sigh and the line ended. She slid her phone inside her pocket before pulling her luggage.

Cris just heave a deep sigh and looked at Aylonsia.
"What does she say? I she really with someone? Can we meet her up? " there's a flicker of hope in her eyes.
In her peripheral vision her secretary is busy in arranging some paper in the cabinet but she know better.

"No we can't she's already leaving. " her eyes filled with disappointment.

"For how many days? " shrugging her shoulders before answering.

"Never mentioned." Aylo also heave a deep sigh. She's really happy when she saw Genesis yesterday. That friend of her is like a mushroom will just come out of nowhere and later on will disappear. She really missed her. It's been long four years. Matagal na nila itong di nakikita. She is really afraid that she's one of those who doesn't survive the war in Syria. Wala manlang ni ha ni ho na narinig sila dito. Nakaka tampo lang but she really love that girl.
