Louis' POV:

I stirred as I tried to fall asleep. Being lonely while trying to sleep has not exactly been easy for me. A couple minutes later, I gave up and sat up on the bed, looking around with a blank expression.

I sighed, rubbing my face in frustration. If only Harry was here. I missed his cuddles. How he would kiss me good night, wrap his arms around me as I slept. Now I always look like a Zombie when I don't sleep. My mum yells at me whenever she notices I haven't slept. I just tell her I'll be fine. If that.

I still haven't heard from Harry, and it's been almost 3 days. I pray that he's okay, though, I'm slowly giving up hope.

I lazily got out of bed and slipped on my comfy slippers. I walked downstairs and headed for the kitchen. It was pretty dark and I don't really enjoy darkness. I switched on the light and went to make some tea.

Once I was done, I sat on the couch and decided to watch something useful to keep me occupied while I sipped on my tea.

It wasn't until a couple moments later, that I heard a knock at the door.

'Who would be knocking at at this time?' I thought. I got up and walked towards the door. There was nobody there when I opened it. Confused, I looked around just in case. I was about to close the door when I noticed
something on the ground.

Curiously, I picked it up and examined it. It was an animal; But not just any animal, a stuffed animal. I realized that it was a stuffed penguin. I was beyond confused at this point. I closed the door and went back to sit on the couch, the little stuffed animal still in my hand.

I looked at it confusingly. 'Why would anyone leave a stuffed animal at my front door?' I turned it around, and noticed a small note on the back of it.

I took the note off, and began reading it.

"This is for you, my love. I am okay and well, so no need to worry anymore. My mum gave this stuffed penguin to me when I was very little. I've kept it for the longest time and never really got rid of it. I decided to take it with me in order to keep me company. I am now giving it to you, as another part of me.
I love you, Lou. I'll be home soon, promise.

Love, Harry."

I nearly cried as I finished reading the letter. Thank god he's okay. I looked at the stuffed animal, giving it a small smile. I held it to my chest, closing my eyes as I let the tears fall.

"I miss you."
