Kakashi manages to find Laura after searching three hours, "why were you-" Laura glares at him as she interrupts, "I'm not going back! I don't want to be here! Stupid, pathetic..." She turns away, her back towards Kakashi. Kakashi stands next to her, slightly concerned because this girl, his student, is being stubborn. "Why are you-" Once again Kakashi can't finish, but this time he witnesses something he wasn't expecting. Laura's tears, but for what reason? What can he do? Kakashi then asks, "why are you in tears?" ... He only gets yelled at, "L..Leave me alone!"
Kakashi respects his student's wish and goes on his way. He finds himself at a bar, treating himself to some drinks. Soon he's drunkenly his head on the table, Ibiki just happened to walk over and he sits next to Kakashi, "Those brats killing ya Kakashi?" Kakashi responds only with a sigh. Ibiki narrows his eyes, "alright Kakashi, what's going on in that small brain of yours?" Kakashi rests his head on the table and mumbles everything about Laura to Ibiki. Ibiki listens and wonders about Laura. He has little info on her, as well as her family, now that's surprisingly suspicious.
