One month later, Laura has been participating in training and missions. Though this very moment Ibiki takes notice in her movements as team seven was training. She avoids contact on her back, then not only that... When Sakura assumed she likes Sasuke, she grabbed her wrist but to let go when Laura reacts as if it's painful. Soon Laura kicks Sakura and runs off, leaving Sakura angry. Ibiki also happens to notice two other people witnessing the scene. They follow Laura, and suspicion rising high, Ibiki follows them unseen.
He realizes that they're farther away from other people and to him, that's just plain suspicious. He's trying to figure out why they'll follow her, his thoughts come to an end as he sees them start beating Laura. He jumps from the tree and runs to Laura's defense. Bewildered, the parents glare, the mother accusingly shouts at Laura, "You got the T&I involved?!" As who seems to be the father, he tries to fight off Ibiki. Laura only has herself curled into ball, crying and this angers Ibiki. As for some reason, Ibiki has no idea but he feels more anger that they dare bring harm to Laura.
He fights the ones who claim to be the parents of Lura. Sadly, but not very sad, soon the one who claims to bw the father turns up dead. Then the one who claims to be the mother is scarred and screams. Ibiki and Laura are soon gone before anyone shows.
