Kai's POV
Eyes was on me as I step into the restruant. She was sitting on a chair, sipping on her bubble drink. I knocked on the table lightly before I sat down. "Hey."
Her big brown eyes was staring at me.
"Got the shell?" She took out the shell from her side.
"I researched it last night. It is a Red Moon seashell."
"A Red Moon?" I looked at the shell.
"Yep." She sips her drink and stares at me. The girls inside the restruant was staring at us. Those girls with their boyfriends covered their girls face and tried to catch their attention. I raised my right eyebrow.
"Are you really going to keep staring me like that? The people in this whole room staring at me is enough. Let's go." I stood and put my hands in my pocket. "Cmon." I put on my sunglasses as I walked out. I sat on a bench where no one was close. I sighed loudly.
She sat next by me. "Why the big sigh?" She sips her drink again.
"All the girls stares at me all the time because I'm shining too bright. Watch out. You don't want to get blind." I smirked.
"Hah. Funny..." She said sarcastically.
I checked the time on my phone. "Hey lets go. The activites is gonna start."
We got there in time and the teacher took attandence to make sure everyone was there. "Firstly what we are going to do is..."
Hours later...
I couldn't breathe properly from all the running. This. Is. Not. Fun. This. Is. Torture.
"K-kai..." A girl from the class hold up a towel and a bottle. "For you." She blushed.
"Thank you." I took it and drink it down. I looked at the girl. "Do you need something?" I smiled at her.
"Um. Are you going to the festival downtown next monday? There would be dancing competitions and a dance after that."
"I know. What is the concept for the dance this year?" I hope for a better concept this year. Last year's concept was stupid.
"Masquerade. You will have to wear a mask."
"Okay. I'm going to go." This concept is a better than last year.
"Really? Okay. See you there." She waved at me.
"Bye." I waved back.
Your POV
I went back to the hotel to wash up the sand and sweat. I changed into my clothes and lay on the bed. Someone knocked on the door. "Who is it?" I went to open the door.
"It is me. Mi-yun." She smiled at me. "Can I come in?"
"Yeah sure. Why not?" I let her inside. She sat on the chair.
"So how was it?" She asked. "About Kai."
"Kai? It was alright."
"Oh. I see... So are you going to go to the festival?" She said excitedly and changed the subject.
"What festival?"
"I forgot. You just moved here." She laughed. "Next monday there will be a festival downtown. It's going to be so much fun this year! There is going to be food and snacks, dance competitions, and a dance after that! The concept for this year is Masquerade! Go with me please." She whined and pulled my hand.
I laughed. "It sounds fun. I'll go with you."
"Yay!" She hugged my waist. "This is going to be the best year."
