"So are you really dating Kai?" Mi-yun raised her right eyebrow.
"Not really.. For now we are just gonna fake it because we don't want our name with the word "Dumped Next Day" on the school's newspaper. I don't know how to act like a real couple though. All my life I've always fan girl over Kpop Idols on the screen and never really went out with any guy." I hold onto Mi-yun's hand. "What do I do?"
"Leave it all to me! I've always watched Kdramas so I know what you should do. To make it look more realistic you have to call him "Oppa" and do aegyo in front of crowds so they will believe it." She cling onto my arm and pout, doing her aegyo on me. "Oppaaaaaa." She pouts again and winked. "And that, my friend, was an example how to look like a real girlfriend who would do that to her boyfriend."
"Ehhh..?! I don't want to look like some clingy girlfriend! I'm not good at aegyo too." I slumped my shoulders.
"I'll teach you! First you gotta do this!" She pout her lips again. "Do it like this." I followed her directions. I felt stupid and funny doing this. "And then wink. Don't do it like that! You look awkward!" She slapped my arm.
"Ouch! No need to be violent!" I rubbed my arm to ease my pain.
"Do it again!" She pout her lips and winked. I groaned out loud.

"Oh my gosh he is talking with Jiwoo and her minions. Go!" She pushed me forward where Kai was leaning against the locker with his arms crossed while talking to Jisoo. Did he just smiled at her? I don't know what I was feeling but I didn't like how he smiled at her when she whispered something into his ears.
"What?! I can't do this! He is with them!" I clutched onto Mi-yun. I didn't want to let her go.
"Don't freak out. Look. If you do this right now it would be the perfect time to show who is the real one that owns Kai."
"But it's not a real relationship with Kai." I whispered quietly just enough to let Mi-yun hear me.
"Look how close they are and how they smiled at each other. You don't want to look like a girlfriend that is too scared to upfront other girls while they flirt with your guy." I shot a glare at Mi-yun. "Hurry go!" She shoo me away.
I didn't like the sound of that. Well here goes nothing. Was I trembling? My hand was shaking. I used my other hand to slapped my other hand and held it. Stop it will ya?! Each step I took I got slower.
Suddenly the bell ring for lunch. Extended lunch just ended. Damn, right when I was about to do it. There was human traffic and I couldn't see Kai anywhere. I was pushed back far away from Kai because of the crowd. I was right back where I was with Mi-yun.
"What are you doing?" Mi-yun looked at me with wide eyes. "Go to him!" This time she pushed me harder.
"Can we not just do this? Pretty please..?" I pout at her.
"I didn't teach you so you can do your aegyo at me! Go now. It's now or never." She point at Kai as he started to appear again because the crowd slowly started to leave.
"Okay.." I mumbled. I walked to Kai while dragging my feet. I slowly turned around and looked at Mi-yun with my puppy eyes. She nodded her head at Kai. I hope I won't look stupid and regret this.
"What is she doing?" One of Jiwoo's minion whispered to the other girl. She tried to be low as possible but I heard her. Now the girl's attention was on me. Kai looked where they were staring at and there was me walking towards them slowly. Can't mess this up now.
I slowly smiled at Kai. "Hey Kai." He looked at me surprised. He stood straight and unwrapped his arms. He was trying read what I was going to do. He was confused. I pulled back my hair and slid it down behind my ears so it would stay. I can do this. I linked my fingers with Kai's right hand with my right hand and held his arm with my left arm. "What's up?" I looked up at him. His face was a bit too close mine that I could feel him breathing. I looked at Jiwoo, breaking the stare with Kai. Maybe it's not so bad after all. Seeing Jiwoo fuming with madness and so close to Kai made me feel so much better.
"Umm.. Uhh.. We.. So.." Kai was lost like a puppy. I laughed quietly inside my head and shook my head. This is quite fun.
"Yes?" I smiled sweetly at him. "Oppa did you eat yet?" Annnnddd there I said it! I despise that word. His jaw dropped almost reaching the ground. I faked a giggle and pushed his jaw up to close his mouth. "Eat with me please?" I pout and cling onto his arm just like Mi-yun did to me. He didn't respond. "I'll take that as a yes. Come. Let's go eat!" I said cheerfully.
"Wait! Where do you think you're taking Kai?" Jiwoo held onto Kai's arm and glared at me.
