But before I could even make it to the front room, I collided with a wall. No, not a wall, a very tall and built person, apparently.
"Hey watch where you're-" I paused mid-sentence and looked up, realising who I had just bumped into.
"Cole"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I looked up at him in annoyance, trying to get past him but failing.
His dark brown hair was in a messy hairstyle, making him look like he'd just rolled out of bed. The hairstyle suited him well.
He was wearing a grey V-neck shirt and had paired it with blue jeans, he had also gotten his lip pierced since I last saw him.
"Let me through!" I pushed on his chest, hoping he would get the hint but boy was I wrong.
"You haven't changed at all" He chuckled, his dimples showing. His ocean blue eyes looked back down at me.
"I'm not in the mood, get out of my way, Cole" I made another attempt to get by him but failed yet again.
"But we have so much catching up to do!" He smirked at me, clearly amused by my anger.
"Cole, would you just-" I didn't have time to finish my sentence when the same blonde haired girl from the kitchen came up behind me.
"Hey Cole, it's been so long!" She walked over to him, smiling flirtatiously.
Cole looked genuinely confused as the girl grabbed onto his arm.
"You can go now" she turned to me, staring daggers at my face.
I stared right back at her with an intimidating look.
"Girl, you can have him" I grimaced as I barged by Cole and ran up the stairs.
As I reached the top of the stairs, I began scanning all the rooms and walking down the hallway, opening the bedroom doors as I went.
Empty...
Empty...
Definitely not empty!...
Locked...
I reached Cain's room, the last room on the hallway.
Hearing faint noises, I decided to put my ear against the door, not wanting to barge in on any unfortunate couple.
"Cain!" I heard a high pitched moan, recognising the voice immediately. Oh hell to the no.
Without a second thought I pushed the door open with so much force, it slammed against the wall.
"What the fuck!?" I heard Cain shout, attempting to cover his body, along with Jen's.
He paused his actions as he locked eyes with me, immediately going into "it's not what it looks like" mode.
"Oh, so it isn't my boyfriend in bed, having sex with the most slutty person in the school?" I asked rhetorically, pointing at the hoe in his bed.
All my anxiousness and sadness was gone, replaced by fury and anger.
"Excuse me?" Jennifer said, pulling on one of Cain's shirts, trying not to show any skin. That's a first.
"you're excused, callate perra (shut up, bitch)" I held my hand up to her face, signalling her to stay out of it.
"I don't speak Taco Bell menu, so what does that mean?" She whined, getting up in my face.
"Step away, this has nothing to do with you" I closed my eyes, irritated by her voice.
