~Previously~

I was a total nerd for books. People make reading sound like such a chore but it's honestly fun if you read a book you're actually interested in. I think I'll go check out that new sports section...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of something falling from behind me.
I turned around to see what had made the sound only to see a book had fallen from the shelf to join three other's on the floor. What the hell?
I knelt down to pick up the books, realising that they had come from the new sports section.
Looking around, I also realised that there was no body else there but me.
I stood on my tiptoes to put the books back on the shelf, wondering how the books had fallen.
"How the-" I was cut off by a voice behind me.
"Hey, Eleanora" I could sense the amusement in his voice. I hadn't heard that nickname in a while.
Suddenly feeling startled, I spun around almost fast enough to give me whiplash.
My scream was muffled by a hand hastily being pressed against my mouth.
"Chill out. It's only me" Cole said, taking his hand from my mouth and leaning his arm on the shelf behind me.
His face was inches from mine as his menthol breath fanned my face.
"Cole you scared the shit out of me" I put a hand on my chest, attempting to steady my breathing.
He suddenly burst out laughing. I'm gonna end him.
"You should have seen your face" He clutched his stomach, catching his breath.
"I have no idea why all the girls waste their time, crushing on you" I rolled my eyes and folded my arms.
Cole looked down at me, his laughter dying out. His blue eyes pierced through me like a needle.
He stalked towards me and leaned his arm against the shelves again. His face at an intimidating distance from mine.
"That's because you haven't had sex with me" He looked at me with an expression like stone.
"But that could be arranged" He whispered in my ear, huskily.
I rolled my eyes and pushed him away, trying to cover up the fact that his comment didn't have the slightest affect on me. He simply smirked down at me.
"You can act like you don-" I cut him off by putting my hand against his mouth, like he'd done to me previously.
"Ew" I pulled my hand back when i felt something wet brush against the palm of my hand. He really just licked my hand.
I wiped my hand against his shirt, drying it.
"You're disgusting" I grimaced.
"You love me" He smirked with his hands crossed infront of him.
I simply just rolled my eyes once again and stood there, looking at him expectantly.
"Well, you're the one who chose to get my attention by knocking books off the shelf. What do you want?" I looked up at him with a glare, knowing that I'd be late for 5th period.
"Oh yeah. Care to enlighten me about what happened at the party?" I froze, looking up at him with an emotionless expression.
"You weren't serious about that were you?" He continued, looking at me with curious eyes.
