Where else would I put this picture?
This is my favorite number one best photo ever taken. I never imagined it to come out as good as it did.
Back then, when you took a photo, you didn't know how good it was till you had it developed. I used the camera to take photos of tattoos. It was one way to get a really good sleeve photo if you put it in panoramic.
This photo was taken by my three year old son, who never knew the difference of wether or not he was taking a good picture. This one turned out great!
There's no way I was ever this handsome. JJajajaja.
Maybe you're not into it. I'll never know. But maybe I peaked when I was 25. Jajaja.
Brody, my son is now 20 years old.
He will be headed to college just in August for marketing and business. I'm really proud of him for taking on such responsibilities. Financially and emotionally stable and maybe I'm bragging a little, but I'm happy with him enough to know he may never come home again but only to visit.
One of the things Brody does is photography. He really has found a niche here.
He has had a photographic side gig since high school. He's been taking senior pics since junior year in high school.
FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE TO DO AND FIND A WAY TO MAKE MONEY DOING IT.
Some of my wisest words man.
I'm not sure who to credit for these wise words in my life. All I know is, I took them with me and I've carried them to thousands of people.
So, for this, I am a proud father.

So, this year, and he decides that he could make a magazine featuring all his friends and their friends and what not

So, this year, and he decides that he could make a magazine featuring all his friends and their friends and what not.
He took all the photos and wrote most of the articles on his favorite local artists.
One of my favorite things about this magazine that he made is...
You know when you look at anything these days, there are ads. Ads everywhere. Even here on Wattpad there are ads. Facebook ads are getting weirder all the time.
There are no ads anywhere in this magazine.
He did it all on his own and funded it himself. I remember having that kind of drive. Even when I did have the drive, I wasn't putting out quality like this.
As a parent, I feel happy when I see that they're happy. And he seems to have found a passion all on his own. When I look at the photo above, the truth about what he was going to be, was right there the whole time. His art is still life. Always has been. Always will be.
We are all getting older. One day closer to the dirt. I cannot wait to see what my kids are doing in the future. I'm sure they're all going to have some quality things worth writing about.
You know, I always wanted my son to be a second generation tattooer and although, none of it matters, his life isn't over yet. He may find his way back to it. And he'll have all the skills to market himself.

    This was a cool event

This was a cool event. We really are going into the twenties.
These kids are playing some really folk / jazzy sounds. Music is trending into some weird transitions. Weird.
    It's come to where they're...
     I dunno.
Seems like when I was a kid in the 80's all the old dudes then were all, " Music sucks these days. The best music comes from the 60's!"
And they were kind of right. Music from the 60's and the early 70's was really fucking great!
Until we passed the fucking 90's!
Now I'm the old dude saying music just isn't what it used to be in the 90's. Jajaja

So.... anyways here's a pic of the last camping nite, Saturday June 8th. I moved out of there this morning and found this rad spot in, piedmont SD-34. It's hidden in a petrified forest and so there's all this wood looking rock everywhere on the trails here.
There is a pond for Franky and I to fish an walk around. He's going to be happy here. I think I'm going to be here awhile too.
My friend, April found this spot where I can park this rig long term. I can park here for 500 dollars a month and for that, I am grateful. It's tourist season here so finding a spot this cheap is really rough. Once I set CAMP TROXEL, I will post up some photos of my surroundings.
Today while backing in, I fuckin hit a post that was up to show you shouldn't back up past that. Well I fucking backed up into it like an idiot and further more, as I pulled forward I put a scratch in this new camper.
I scuffed the paint a lil. Oopsies.
     Very little damage.
I still have to fix my ceiling fan cover in the bathroom from the hail that happened the other day.

Some crazy stuff there man

Some crazy stuff there man. At least I was there when it happened and it wasn't as devastating as it sounded. First weeks out and I've battled the weather and wrecked into something. I'm starting out really well.
Well if nothing else. . . This is a shorty. Hope you all are having it good on any day you read this.
   Stay Rad!
