Shut Up and Kiss Me

Chapter 5

Lyrah's P.O.V:

I woke up to the smell of a delicious smelling breakfast. I got up looking over to the couch to see that Jasper wasn't there. I smiled thinking he was the one making the house smell so good with breakfast. I walked over to my closet and got some clothes and walked over to my dresser. I looked in the mirror and seen a note stuck to it. I could tell Jaspie wrote it by the handwriting.

Dear Skay,

When you wake up and get your shower come downstairs. I have a very big surprise for you.

I smiled at the note and went to take my shower. It took about 10 minutes with shaving. I put on a hot pink tee with the right sleeve hanging off my shoulder. I also put on some black and hot pink leopard print skinnies with a black and pink studded belt. I put a black sock on my right foot and pink sock on my left foot with a silver anklet. I teased my hair up a little making it poofy. I walked down the stairs and stood in the doorway. I leaned against the frame closing my eyes taking in the smell of breakfast.

"MMM, something smells really delicious this morning." I kept my eyes closed for a bit longer trying to make out the smells.

"I'm glad you think so Skay. Open your eyes please." I opened them slowly and saw Jinx cooking. I screamed and ran to him jumping in his arms. He held me by the waist and kissed my lips softly. 

"I missed you so much Jinxie." I clung to him tightly.

"I missed you to baby." I smiled and he sat my down on the counter.

"How was Australia love?" He smiled and looked at me.

"Boring beacuse you weren't there." I blushed kissing his lips again for a long time.

"Ehum." I giggled at Jasper's remark.

"You can have a kiss too." I jumped off the counter and ran over to him and kissed his cheek. He smiled and I ran back to Jink.

"Baby, why did you have to leave?" He sighed and took my hand.

"It's a secret babyboo. I'll tell you soon don't worry about it." He smiled and picked me up holding me up on his waist.

"Hey!, I'm not a baby." I crossed my arms and he chuckled.

"Yes you are, you're my baby." I blushed nuzzling my head in the crook of his neck. Jasper laughed and sat down at the table.

"what's so funnt Jaspie?" He lookeda t me and smiled.

"You look cute when you act like that." I blushed and picked up a biscuit throwing it at him. He chuckled and caught it.

"Ouchie Skay that really hurt my poor little hand." He smirked and I jumped off Jinx's hip grabbing my rubber knife that looked extremely real.

"Oh really? Well I'll show you what hurts." I ran toward him and he jumped up on the table. I climbed up in the chair and was so close to jabbing him him the leg but Jinx grabbed my waist pulling me back against him.

"Now now babyboo, we don't wanna be a bad girl do we." He smirked just like Jaspie did and I jabbed him in the arm with my rubber knife. He let me go and fell back against the counter.

"I think...I'm injured bad." He slid down the counter and layed on the floor holding his arm. I busted out laughing falling back and tripped over his legs landing behind him which only made me laugh harder. I sat up on my elbows giggling. They both looked at me like I was an idiot.

"Wow skay, nice laugh attack." Jasper grinned at his own remark and I looked up at him.

"Well since you're not on the floor...." I grinned and grabbed his ankle pulling him down. I busted out laughing out again and Jinx joined in. Once Jasper had registered what happened he started laughing with us. I laughed and got up walking over to the table and sat down.

"Ok I'm hungry." Jinx chuckled and got up and fixed me a plate of waffles, bacon, sauage, and eggs. It smelled yummy and was still warm. I took a bite and I instantly went to paradise. i layed my head back against the chair closing my eyes. I heard a few steps behind me and opened my eyes a little.

"Good isn't it?" I nodded still chewing enjoying the wonderful flavor.

"Yes Jinxie, it's amazing." He smiled and leaned down kissing me. I kissed back smiling. I got up after I finished my breakfast.

"Jaspie, you look messy." I giggled looking at the jelly he had on his lips. He chuckled licking his lips to get the jelly off.

"Not anymore 'cause I just cleaned it up." I smiled and took Jinx's hand going to the living room sitting downto watch tv. We all watched movies for the rest of the day. It was about 1:47 a.m. when I was about to fall asleep and I heard a car door shut. I quickly muted the tv. I knew my mom was at work and Lyrik had went to Colorado with her parents for a few weeks. I had no idea who it could be. I sat up slowly and woke up Jinx and Jasper quietly.

"Guys, someones here and I don't know who it could be since my moms at work and Lyrik left for Colorado yesterday." They both got up and ran to the kitchen. Jinx came out with a knife and Jasper had a frying pan. I giggled and Jinx looked at me probably wondering why in the hell I was giggling when i was scared half to death a minute ago.

"Sorry Jinxie, just the thought of a frying pan as a weapon is funny." He smiled and turned back around walking up the door waiting for whoever it was to open it. I brought my legs up to my chest holding them tight with the covers over me. There was footsteps on the porch and Jinx stepped back with Jasper right beside him. They exchanged looks and nodded at each other. When the door opened I screamed and Jinx raised the knife. When I heard the person scream at the sight of Jinx and Jasper and probably a reaction from me screaming I looked up shocked at who was standing there. My jaw dropped and Jinx and Jasper stepped back. I just stared.
