When I returned to the Common Room, I was stopped by Ron. "Where have you been Hermione?" He demanded.

"Around, in the library. Has Harry returned yet?" I asked walking to the stairs.

"No, I find it weird. Harry said he'd only be gone for a few hours." Ron huffed.

I didnt bother answering him. I grabbed my backpack and began to start my homework.

About an hour later, a stunned Harry entered the common room.

"Harry?" I asked tenitvely.

The whole common room was silent as Harry walked right up to me, and stopped inches away from me. "Hi Rosa." He whispered.

I gasped as he took my mouth in his. I faintly heard gasps of shock from everyone in the room. My eyes scanned the room for Ron, who looked as red as his hair.

"Merlin." Harry breathed when we surfaced, "we really need to talk someplace...private."

I glanced at the group of eyes on us. "Time for The Room of Requirement?"

"Most definately, my love." Harry replied as he took my hand and lead me out of the common room.

We refused to say a thing until we were safely inside the ROR.

"Hold on. I need to fix the loopholes." I whipped out my wand. When I had finished, I turned to Harry.

"I love when you use your magic, Rosa." Harry breathed.

"Ok, ground rules first." I replied at once.

"Only call you Rosa when we're alone or with Snape. I know, Mum told me." Harry smiled.

"The school will know by tomorrow that we are together." I stated.

"Yes." Harry loxked eyes with mine. "Are you ready for the spotlight, Mrs. Potter?"

I giggled. "Dont forget about Severus." I said seriously.

Harry released a groan. "I dont think he could ever love me Rosa, hes hated my father for far too long."

I shook my head, "theres a fine line between love and hate."

Harry sighed, "You're right."

"As much as Id love to stay here with you tonight, we had better get back. And remember, Im Hermione." I smiled.

"No problem." Harry smiled as he held the door open.

"So what do you think of your parents?" I asked before we left the room.

"They are everything I thought they'd be. What about your Mum?" Harry smiled.

"I didnt get much time with her, before her husband came in." I frowned.

"Ron will be furious with us." Harry winced.

"If he cant accept us together, thats his problem." I replied.

"Hes been after you since Fourth Year." Harry stated.

"I know, but Im not after him. Im after you and Severus, like it should be. Dumbledore is an idiot to mess with Fate." I rolled my eyes.

Harry chuckled, "yes, he is. Lets go."

"What is going on with you two?!" Ron demanded the minute we returned to the empty Common Room.

"We finally admitted our hidden feelings for each other, thats what." I replied simply.

"Hermione, you cant be Harrys, you're supposed to be mine!" Ron hissed.

"Ron, Im a person who has a right to make my own decisions, not your personal property!" I yelled.

"Come on Hermione, you know you belong with me." Ron revealed his goofy smile. I used to swoon for that, but not now.

"Im sorry Ron, but I now know I dont belong with you. Maybe your own inheritance test will tell you who you're destined for." I answered and walked up to my dormitory.

The next morning at breakfast, McGonagall came up to me. "Miss Granger, the headmaster would like to speak with you."

I nodded and left the table, easily ignoring the looks I was recieving. Before leaving, I glanced at Malfoy. He was reading a letter, and he looked pale with shock. No doubt our mother told him about me.

On the way to meet with Dumbledore, I strengthened my mind shields. I did not need him to minipulate my thoughts.

"Enter." The voice replied when I knocked.

I opened the door to find the old man seated at his desk. I took a moment to look around the office, it was my first time here, after all. "You wanted to speak with me, Headmaster?"

"Hello Miss Granger, lemon drop?"

I narrowed my eyes, "no thank you."

"I wanted to ask you, why were you gone yesterday?" The old man raised an eyebrow.

"I had to stock up on some lady products,  I ran out. Madam Pomfrey has only a limited ammount of them." I replied at once. I internally smirked when the old man blushed.

"Ah, I see. You may go Miss Granger." The old man replied.

As I turned to go, a voice stopped me. "Put me on please!"

I turned and to my horror, saw the Sorting Hat. "Is that normal?" I asked

The headmaster shook his head. "You should try him on though."

I sent him a scowl, and put on the hat, then thought in my mind,  Ok, what did you want to tell me?

You belong in Slytherin. I sensed your awreness to the truth. The hat answered.

NO! You will not sort me into that House! The old man wanted to destroy my father, and if I admit it now, be will erase the truth from me! I sent sounding as malicious as I felt.

The hat didnt answer, but hopped off my head. "Good day." I fled ftom the room.

On my way to the common room, a hand pulled me aside, and clamped a hand over my mouth. I stepped on the persons toes and their hand came off my mouth.

"Merlin Granger!" A deep sarcastic voice exclaimed.

"Malfoy, what do you want?" I demanded.

"The truth." Dracos silver eyes survayed me.

"Not now, we cant be seen together. Here take this." I shoved a gold galleon into his hand.

"What?!"

"Hold onto it. When it burns, look at it ok?" I hurried away to grab my things for my first class.
