Its rare, and it will continue to get more with time. A soul mate is someone with whom you have an affection that stems from deep within your soul. Its more than affection. Rather it is the connection you have with someone that will stay all your life. Soul mates are unforgettable, like that taste of honey that lingers on in your mouth... or the scent of a cologne that lingers on in the air and never seems to go.
Soul mates can be of two types as opposed to the single romantic type as portrayed on social media. Soul mates can be romantic or non romantic, but yes, having a romantic soul mate is indeed a beautiful thing. When the bedroom can be unholy and holy at the same time... when they raise storms in you and then calm them down as well. Its like a jam packed adventure of emotions.
When your romantic partner ends up being your soul mate as well... and when you make love to them you don't just make love to their body.. you make love to their soul. Its like having soul sex. Its a very fulfilling experience which many people in this world do not experience but that doesn't mean that they don't live a good life.
The sad part about soul mates is that it doesn't necessarily mean that your soul mate will be your last and forever.....yes.... this is sad; life is sad. You end up wondering whether they miss you or not but they do, just as much as you. Its just that some things aren't meant to be.
