Chapter 10

'Neomu Joha' (I like it a lot)

(Minji POV)

"Come on baba we're going now!" I say as he giggles and clings onto my leg.

"Eomma we go to the park and I slide..." he's so cute I can't

"Yes baby." I reply, picking him up and buckling him up into his car seat. The park is about half an hour away, but it is a nice theme park with cute rides for younger children as well as the thrilling adult rides! There are also various restaurants dotted around the park, but I have also packed some snacks for us. Minho loves strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, watermelon, peaches, bananas and grapes. He doesn't like apples that much and since I am allergic to pineapple, he hates it too.

He can be a real character sometimes! It makes me love him more than anything in this whole world!

The ride to the park is quite peaceful as we pass some tranquil scenery down the paths. Minho is excited and nods along to the songs on the radio, there is a particular song that gets his attention, not so surprising that it is a song by the amazing BTS!

"Eomma neomu jowa!" he squeals in excitement.

"I like this song a lot too baba! It's one of my favourites by the group..." I admit. I have begun to listen to their albums, and I must admit that every album has impressed me. I think my favourite may be the Wings album, although this song, Boy with Luv is one of my favourites. I like how diverse their music is and that it is applicable to all audiences...

"Eomma! Look, red up!" he points towards my right and I look to see one of the taller roller coasters that happens to be red. I giggle.

"That's a red roller-coaster baba!"

"R-ro...ller-r...c-cos-ster..?" he pouts trying to figure out the word.

"Nearly baby, roller-coaster." I repeat so he can learn how to pronounce it.

After a few more minutes of listening to BTS on the radio, we arrive at the parking area of the theme park.

I wish I would've told the boys to come, they would've loved it! But then I would have to answer too many questions regarding Minho...

After getting our wristbands on for the day, we enter the park and head to the water rides section. Minho is two and a half, he hasn't been on many rides since he is too young. I've only had him on spinning teacups with me and a small merry-go-round, but that was only once since I was always busy with working to provide for us. Jieun was with us during those times, its not the same without her...

"Baby look! Water slides for toddlers...do you want to go on it?" I ask him.

He looks at the slide, grinning at the bright colours. He then looks around at the other children playing with their siblings, friends and parents. Looking up at me again, he says, "Yay eomma! Let's go!"

I take him to one of the smaller slides, taking his white shoes off so that I can place them into my backpack. Good thing I brought one with us! I also place my shoes in before allowing us both to step into the warm water.

I pick him up and guide him up the slide so that he gets a feel of it before sliding down. I hope he likes it and isn't scared.

He giggles as he slides down, with me watching and taking videos of course! Jieun can watch these later!

"Excuse me?" I hear a woman's voice behind me, so I turn.

"Me?" I ask whilst pointing at myself.
