******** 9months later******

Adrain ran frantically looking for the car keys. His hands shaking as he opened the door. He went back to his wife who was busy sitting on the floor wailing.
"Come on baby, let's go" he tried lifting her from the floor
"Hold my waist Adrain, I feel like the baby might fall." He placed his hands on her waist.

They finally got into the car and drove to the hospital. You're probably wondering what's going on but, if you haven't put two and two together then, Harmony is pregnant and right now, she's about to have the baby.

They got to the hospital and she was immediately attended to. Adrian was busy pacing outside the ward. After trying so hard, she finally gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
"I love you baby. Thank you so much" Adrain said to Harmony as tears flowed down his eyes while, holding his little one in his hands.
"I love you too. What should we name her?" She said after looking at her too must favorite people in the world
"How about Genevieve Melanie Stone?" I smiled at name because, it was a combination of what we wanted.
"It's perfect" he smiled as we held our most prized possession in our hands.

****** 5 years later **********

"We've called you guys here today to discuss about Genevieve" Adrain and I looked at each other as the principal spoke

"What do you mean? Is something wrong with my baby?" I got really nervous

"I'm afraid so. Although she's quite intelligent, she doesn't like socializing with her peers. She doesn't make friends and recently, she's been getting into fights. I was wondering if you guys have trouble at home which could be affecting her behavior?" Fights, since when

"Of course not. We don't even argue in front of her" Adrian finally spoke up

"Well I'm afraid she's got anger issues" we left the school with Genevieve in the back seat. No one said a word till we got home

"Genevieve, is there something you'll like to tell us?" Adrain glared at her causing her to flinch. I pressed my hands on his shoulders telling him to be lenient

"Dad, I'm swrry. I.. I jwst don't lwike pwople pwaying with me" she sobbed looking down at her hands

"Come here" Adrain beckoned to her and she reluctantly came into his hands. He carried her on his lap

"Princess, I understand how you feel but, don't let that make you violent ok. Your mommy and I love you so much. So, be a good girl from now on" he cooed at her. He was the one to always coach her on what's wrong and not. I suck at giving advices but, I'm always there to support and lecture her in every possible way

After Adrian and I retired to our room. I layed down feeling sad as I thought of how bad of a mother I am.

"Baby what's wrong?" He placed his hands around my waist

"I'm such a bad mother. I can't give our daughter any advice. I feel so dumb and useless" I sobbed into his chest

"Hey, don't be like that. I know how much you love her and who said you haven't taught her anything. She's polite to her elders, she knows how to apologise, she's intelligent and that's because of the morals you've instilled in her. She's just reserved and that's because of me" he said running his hands on my back

"How is it your fault?" I sat up to listen properly

"Well, I never told you this but I also had a problem with people when I was a kid. I got into fights, I was pretty much violent back then but, I overgrew it. It's just a phase in her life and I know it'll pass" he said reassuringly

"Please promise me that she won't hate me" I looked down at my hands

"Why would she hate you?"

"She might feel I don't care about her because I don't give her such amazing advises like you do" he just chuckled

"Trust me baby, she'll never hate you. Stop being jealous" i smacked him

Whatever it is, I'll try my best to always be there for my family. I would never give up on them especially Genevieve.
