Cody’s POV
“Stacey!” I called as I ran as fast as I could up to where she was standing.
“Cody?” Stacey asked. “Are you leaving?” I asked her. “Yeah I’m the last one to board my plane because I was signing autographs.” She said with a smile.
God how I’m going to miss that smile. “I love you Stacey, stay here with me.” I said.
“Cody I can’t you’re…” She was saying but I cut her off. “I don’t care that you’re not famous I love you for you please stay.” I said.
“Cody I can’t it’s just…” she was saying and I cut her off again but this time by kissing her when paparazzi came out of nowhere but I didn’t care.
“It took you three years to become a superstar right?” Stacey asked me.
“Yeah I was discovered in 2009 and hit three million followers in 2012, why?” I asked.
“Three years from now if my single becomes popular I’ll go out with you if you still like me.” Stacey said.
Every word she said was causing my heart to break “I can’t wait that long I love you Stacey please please stay.” I said. I mean I was on my knees begging her right now, she has to stay right?
“Cody you’re a superstar and superstars don’t date small town girls like me.” I said.
“We are on a time limit Stacey.” The lady said. “I have to go.” Stacey said.
“Please.” I said taking her hands. “Three years Cody, I’m sorry.” She said as she handed the lady her boarding pass and went on the plane as they closed up the gate door.
I saw the plane take off and I placed my hand on the window looking at the plane as it was going into the sky and said,
“Don’t leave me.”
