Somebody opened the door. "Why did you take so long to ope-", I lost my words seeing a girl standing with her hand at her back. I realised that I was staring at her. Something's blue was shining behind her. "You must be Billy right?", "Yeah, can I ask who are you?", "Uh Yeah, I am Jennifer Johnson." She moved aside so that I can come in. "So Jennifer, who are you?", "I already told you, I am Jennifer Johnson, even you are calling me Jennifer, you're still asking me who am I ?", she said a bit annoyed. "No silly, I meant why are you here?", "Oh, sorry." She held her index finger up and said,"I am a new foster kid." Then she held her middle finger up and said, "Call me Jenny.", "Well why are you so annoyed ?", "Oh really, actually you scared the crap out of me." She glared at me. "I'm sorry." She went upstairs. I went to the kitchen to drink water.
Jenny's POV:
Billy held his hands up in surrender as I glared at him."I'm sorry", he said. I decided to walk back upstairs then to my room. I lied back on my bed. Then here I was thinking about the boy I just met. I think I was too rude with him. He scared me by accident. There was no fault of him. I just felt guilty about what I did. I'll apologize later. I felt the door open. I was Billy. He closed the door behind him. He was staring at me again."What? Go and sleep now.", "I would have but you're on my bed.", "Sorry again". I got up quickly. "Where I am supposed to go now?, Maybe I should go to Darla's room." I turned to go but a hand grabbed mine. "Wait, you can sleep next to me.","You sure?", I asked softly. "Yes", he patted the bed next to him. "Okay." I lied down next to Billy facing him."Hey Billy", "Yeah", "Sorry for the rude behaviour. I am feeling guilty about it.", "It's okay I would've reacted the same if I was at your place." He smiled and I returned it back.
