Chapter 7 - Reunion and Hangout Plans

Jenny's POV

I walked up to the table where Billy and Freddy were sitting. Jo was walking behind me. "Hi, guys." I greeted. "Hi", they chorused. "And who is...." Billy motioned me to introduce her. "Oh yeah, well Freddy. Drum Roll." I said to Freddy.
Freddy started beating table slowly with his fingers. "So, Meet my childhood best friend, Joelle Anderson." Billy clapped and Freddy stopped and joined in. "Jo, this is Billy Batson. Billy this is Jo.", "Jo, this is Freddy, and Freddy this is Jo."
Billy and Jo shook hands. Then Freddy and Jo shook hands. Freddy was smiling like an idiot. I looked at Billy who was thinking as I was. "Nice to meet you both.", Jo said sweetly. All of us sat down.
"So guys, as I told you she is my old friend, she moved away when we both were four. She has a younger brother named Charles."
"Where do you live now?" asked Billy. "Ardmore, and you guys?"she asked. "Centre City." Freddy answered. "It's just takes a quick ride from here, not too far away." Billy said. "Right, wait, what if we hang out after school?" I said back quickly. "It would be great fun", Freddy said. "I'm in.", Jo said. I looked at Billy, waiting for him to agree. He nodded his head after a second. "Yay, Hangout!", I let out a squeal. "A Hangout after a long time.", said Jo. "I agree with you.", I answered. We all finished our lunch and by coincidence, we all had same class, History. Freddy sat with Jo and me and Billy sat behind them. Now three classes left.

*Time skip three classes*
Everyone was out of the school including me, Billy, Freddy and Jo. Jo's mother was waiting for her in the car. "Hey, wanna meet Mom? She would be happy to see you.", asked Jo. "Sure, why not.", I answered. We all walked with her to the car. "Hi, Mom.", said Jo."Hi, dear.", she replied smiling sweetly. She came out of car."Hello Mrs. Anderson.", I greeted smiling. "Hello dear.", she greeted back. "Mom, remember her?", asked Jo. Mrs. Anderson looked at me carefully for a while. "Wait, You're Jenny, am I right?", asked Mrs. Anderson. "Ah, finally", sighed Jo. I hugged her quickly. "Nice to see you after a long time.", said Mrs. Anderson, hugging me back. "Same.", I said happily. We pulled away. "Mom, meet my new friends Billy and Freddy.", said Jo introducing them. "Hello", they chorused. "Hello.", she greeted sweetly. "Well how's your Mom?", said Mrs. Anderson. Billy and Freddy were looking at me sadly. "Mom, I'll explain you later.", said Jo before I could say anything. "Now, I am hungry let's go, quickly.", said Jo pushing her inside the car, running from the awkward situation. "Bye guys, see you later at 3:00 pm", she said looking at her watch. "Okay, love ya buddy", I said.
Billy and Freddy waved at her. I turned to see all my brothers and sisters coming towards three of us. "How was the first day?", asked Mary. "Brilliant, amazing and super cool.", I answered happily. "I am glad.", she said back. Then we all walked back home.

Guys, I had PTM today and I got nearly killed by my parents for getting average marks in Maths 29 out of 50. In English 47 out of 50, Science 36 out of 50, Social Studies 42 out of 50. And I have Chemistry surprise test on Monday. And I have a new I'll be updating later like 2 weeks. I was on holiday so I have to study. My phone is going to be abandoned. Now a Godsent Angel can save me. Pray for me.
