Fidgeting in my seat, I tried to find a comfortable position that I could actually keep still in. I honestly hadn't stopped moving because I was that squished between the window and Ryan. We'd only just managed to fit in the small car we'd borrowed for the day, and I'd honestly had second thoughts about coming because of it.

"Can you keep still?" Ryan said, elbowing me in the ribs on purpose

"Hey? Do you want all five of us to go up in flames today?" I snapped back "And no, frankly I can't. I'm squished, I can't breath and I have cramp in both of my legs. We've been in this damn car for ages and we've knocked on nearly every door in this area and still haven't found her"

"Well we're all squished here, so don't feel special. And we've only spoke to three people!" Ryan said, rolling his eyes at me

"What's the next address again?" Paul asked in the drivers seat as the car began to slow down. Ryan gave the piece of paper to his uncle and he looked from the paper to the house we had just pulled up by and back.

"This is it," He stated, and for some reason, my skin began to prickle and my heart began to beat ten times as quick. This hadn't happened at the other houses we'd visited and knocked on, and it was for this reason that I began to actually think that this could be it. I glanced over at Ryan, who glanced over at me and I realised he could feel the same thing.

"Do you want us to wait in the car?" Katrina asked

"If that's ok with you Kat" Ryan replied. She nodded at us as I undid my seatbelt and opened the car door, letting a wave of hot air slap into our faces.

"I am loving this heat" I muttered to myself and I heard Ryan chuckle behind me.

As I stood near the car door, I decided to take a look around, after all, we wouldn't be visiting Spain again the time we were here, and it really was a beautiful place. However, the town we were in at the moment was even more exotic than I expected it to be.

I was facing a small row of houses; all linked together that, like the hotel, had a palm tree either side of each one. Each house seemed to be an off white with a dark brown, tiled roof and had bushes, shrubs and flowers outside under the windows. The house I was standing in front of however, seemed to have the greenest, lushest grass, the healthiest shrubbery and the brightest flowers. This house in particular caught my eye, every colour of hibiscus possible were sitting under the bushes, bathing in the sunlight. Bright, fire engine reds startlingly clean whites, glowing oranges, bright yellows, fuchsia pinks, mysterious purples and radiant blues. You name it; every single colour possible was there. And one particular flower was unbelievably pretty and elegant. It was a large, neon pink one that faded into a dark purple, and then suddenly burst into colour with a yellow edging. The work of an element

The sight behind me was just as beautiful as the row of houses in front of me. There, not that far away was the sandy beach that was full of people either sun bathing, swimming, making sand castles, playing volleyball or throwing a beach ball or Frisbee around. It was the perfect image you'd see in your head when someone mentioned a beach. The sand was a baked gold and the sea a deep blue that shimmered as the sun shone, and even though I hated water, the idea of going to the beach made me want to forget about visiting this girl and instead, spend the day at the beach relaxing.

Parallel to the row of houses and between them and the beach were a line of palm tree's that edged a wide pathway. It was honestly too exotic to imagine

"Flame, are you coming?" Ryan asked, breaking me from my daydream.

"Oh right, sorry yeah" He walked towards the front door of the house and brought a fist up to knock before hovering over the door. After a couple of second's hesitation, he knocked three times.
