"Flame!" I bent my legs up towards my chest and rested them on my seat, trying to keep warm. "Flame!" I yawned and began to open my eyes. "Flame!" My dad tapped me on the shoulder

"Yes...yes... I'm awake..."

"Do you want anything to eat or drink?"

"You woke me up to ask me if I was thirsty?" I laughed as I looked at my left wrist, tracing the dark birthmark I had on it. It was one of the many things I hated about myself, and resembled two bean like patches fitted together like a jigsaw puzzle. Dad said it was quite a weird birthmark, but then he said that I was a weird child so...

Why do I have such a weird jelly bean birthmark? Someone whispered down my ear, channeling through my head and echoing throughout my mind. It was as if their voice was echoing throughout the plane.

"What was that?" I asked, startled

"What was what?" My dad said, his eyebrows furrowed. I shrugged it off and responded to his previous question

"No thanks, although I do need the toilet, can we get up yet?" I asked, breaking out from my daydream. He nodded, so I stood up and wedged my way past my dad. I unsteadily walked through the isle, not really liking the fact that we were tens of thousands feet in the air. People were sat down in their seats sleeping, listening to music or watching the film on the TV above their heads. I used the chairs to steady myself and walked towards the toilets. I really didn't want to go in because they were so cramped and you could feel every bump when you were in there. Not to mention the fact that they didn't exactly have the best smell in the world.

I waited outside the cubicle as someone was in there and looked at the seat my Dad was sat in. It wouldn't be long until we were in Barcelona, ready to get on the cruise the next day.

"Are you waiting?" A voice said behind me. I turned around and saw... Wait, what on earth?

"Ryan? What the hell are you doing here?"

"I'm going on holiday" he shrugged

"are you stalking me?"

"In your dreams" he scoffed

"Tell me you're not on the same cruise as me"

"Might be..." I smiled and hugged him, happy that my Dad and I would have some company, but slightly confused as to why he was here.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked, eager to know why he was on the same plane as me!

"Well, I wanted to surprise you. And if you're wondering why I'm with you, it's because of the story" I furrowed my eyebrows in concentration "What about it?"

"Well, I haven't searched Italy or Spain for the remaining two real elements"

"Oh"

"So I thought this was the perfect opportunity to have a look around. I've narrowed it down and managed to locate the earth element"

"It was that easy?"

"No. I only managed to track her down because she was recently in this Spanish newspaper. I translated it and it said about how beautiful and healthy her plants were. They called her the goddess of the earth, but no one knows her true identity, that she's a real element."

"Wow. Well we'll have to pretend to bump into each other on the cruise. Does your aunt and uncle know about...everything?"

"Umm... what do you think" he said sarcastically "Do you really think they would have paid for this specific trip if they hadn't of known? Do you actually know how much it has cost for us to book this holiday right at the last minute and on this exact plane?" I laughed at him
