Chapter 5

No one POV:

After that news, everyone was shocked, some more than others, of course. Caitlin was confused but happy because she always wanted to have a child and build a family, but the one that confused her the most was that her son's father was Barry Allen. Barry was still a little unsure if he should or should not believe the words that boy said, since many have tried to deceive him in the past and he wanted to make sure it was true.

Cisco and Ralf were incredulous but glad their friends had joined and had a child, for they had always thought Barry would be much better off with Caitlin than with Iris, they just never said it out loud. Harry was the happiest of them all, he always knew that between Caitlin and Barry there was chemistry and place for fantastic things so knowing that in the future they would have a child, made him extremely happy. Since Iris was furious at the news, she could not believe what had just happened.

Everyone agreed early tomorrow morning to go to Star Labs to do the DNA test to find out if Henry is really the son of Barry and Caitlin. The rest of the party was quieter, although as much as Caitlin insisted, Henry eventually left but with the promise that he would show up at Star Labs for the DNA test in the next day.

POV HENRY:

I was with my sister and after what happened in our time, we decided that I would try to go back a little in time to solve, but something did not go well and instead of returning a few hours ago, I came back a few years ago and went there that I saw him in the line of the Jitters cafe waiting for coffees and some cakes. I decided to follow him and he entered the house of Papa Joe and Mama Cecile.

After introducing myself to my family, they were even surprised by the revelations, but I saw a smile in the faces of some of them, as of Uncle Harry and more importantly my mother. I decided it was best if I went for a walk and let them have the rest of the afternoon to think of the news, even though Caitlin said she could stay with them.

"So how are things out there, Henry?" Said my sister Dawn over a tele-communicator I brought with me on my time-trip.

- Confused, they already discovered me and I had to tell the truth.

- And you told me about me? Or what happened?

"Not yet ... Tomorrow I'm going to do a DNA test so they can make sure I'm telling the truth.

- Okay, but give me some news please!

After spending the night at the boarding house, I got dressed to go to Star Labs; when I got there, everyone was there, except for Iris and Joe.

"Good morning, Henry," said Uncle Harry.

"Good morning Uncle Harry," I replied, smiling.

"Hello, Henry." Caitlin smiled and came to give me a hug. Wow, I missed it! - Are you ready? I just need a sample of your blood to compare it to mine and Barry's.

"At ease!" He said, and Caitlin carefully took some of my blood and went to the small laboratory to take the exams. The rest of us were waiting.

Ten minutes later Caitlin appeared with a paper with the results and called Barry to his side, showing him the results.

"How much certainty is that?" Barry asked with his father's papers.

"100%, I took the test twice and it's the same result!" Caitlin exclaimed, and then they both drew close to me.

"I'm sorry I mistrusted you, Henry," Barry said, giving me a hug.

- No problem, I realize the distrust ... After all it is not every day that a kid appears in the house of Joe to say that it is your son and that came from the future.

"Now that we have this clarified question, Henry, what happened in the future to see you here?" Asked Harry curiously.

- Oh, that! I can not give too many details about it, but Jay did not die and let's say he killed my mother. "He looked at Caitlin who was both frightened and confused at the same time." After you married dad and had me and my sister, everything was wonderful but one day everything changed. Jay never surpassed the fact that mom had chosen you and started planning the best revenge to do on Flash and discovered it.

"And how did you end up here?" Cisco asked, shocked by the new information.

"After my mother died in my father's arms, I decided to go back a few hours back in time so that when Jay came to our house we would not have been there, but I must have gained more speed and instead of retreating for an hour, I've come here for years. "I'm going to die?" Caitlin asked.

POV BARRY:

After confirming that Henry was really my son with Caitlin, I was even more confused but very happy to have a child. After Henry tells us what happened in the future with Caitlin, I must say that my anger over Jay has increased dramatically. But who does he think it is to threaten my family and kill Caitlin ?!

"I'm going to die?" Caitlin asked.

"If we can not avoid it," i said, and she smiled faintly. I know she must still be thinking about the possibility of her death, but neither I, nor our son nor our friends will let that happen.- Henry, you can not leave here for good reason I am sure and we We'll help you, but you have to help us fight Jay so your mother's death does not happen.
