Anon has to sleep on his back. Doctor's orders. It's cuz when he was 16, it was the middle of the night. He went downstairs and there was someone in his house. When the guy saw him, he shot Anon about six times and ran out of the house.
Luckily, Sayori was awake and heard the gunshots. She looked out the window and saw someone rush out, get in their car and speed away. So she ran over to Anon's house to see him lying in a puddle of blood. She call 911 and she crying her eyes out. He was rushed to the hospital.
He survived, but one of the bullets just barely missed his spine. So, to not cause any potential damage to his spine, he needs to sleep on his back.
But, in Sayori's opinion, this makes him perfect for cuddling with.
