Chapter #2 the Journey Beings ( Part 2)

" As the war in Vietnam has been going, the 101st Airborne are taking over Hill 937, one of the most bloodiest battle in u.s. military history. As 1st Lt. Anderson & his team are fighting against the North Vietnamese Army & Vietcong fighters on hill 937, but, as they're fight to survive the battle against the Enemy, Lt. Anderson & his mixed Squad have ended up teleported to a different world that's far different than they ever imagine & far from experience."

May 16, 1969 A Sâu Valley, South Vietnam
Operation: Apache Snow ( Aka Hamburger hill)

" As the 101st Airborne are heavily fighting against the North Vietnamese Army & Vietcong fighters, the Americans reached halfway of Hill 937 & having a huge struggle with not just the Enemy, their losing half of the soldiers & low on ammo, even their morale. But, they still fight on & give it their all. "

Lt. Anderson: [ kept climbing up the hill & open fire with my M60 machine gun ] ' keep your heads down & keep moving, Men!'

"As the rest of the Airborne are still fighting & trying to survive the battle while getting to the top of the hill within the situation."

SSgt. Dickson: ' this ain't gonna be easy with the Enemy trying to hold their ground, Lieutenant!' [ taking cover while Firing my M16A1 at the Enemy sniper ]

"Then, as the American Airborne are advancing, one of the enemies had a stolen M60 machine gun & shooting down the their enemies. Then, Lt. Anderson saw the Enemy machine Gunner & trying to stay low."

Lt. Anderson: ' Pfc. Lewis, try to take down the MG Gunner! ' [ quickly pulled out a M65 Frag Grenade & pulled the pin & throw it far away at the MG Gunner]

Pfc. Lewis: ' I'm on it, Lt. Anderson! ' [ trying avoid the Machine gun fire while climbing up the hill & taking cover at the same time]

"The Enemy is still dealing with the American forces with the stolen M60, but didn't see the counter shooter & then soon realized that he's going to die."

NVA soldier: [ kept firing my machine gun at my enemies, then, trying to reload my machine gun, but...saw an Enemy with a Launcher].

Pfc. Lewis: [ quickly got up & fire at the MG pillbox ] ' oh yeah, he won't get up from that!'

" Then, a American Radioman started to take cover right next with Lt. Anderson & staying low so he won't be shot from the Enemy snipers. "

Lt. Anderson: ' SSgt. Dukeson, call in air support at the upper area of the hill!'

SSgt. Dukeson: ' yes, sir!' [ pick up the phone & place it to my ear ] ' this is Foxtrot One to Red six HQ, over. We have a situation within the Hill: we've have been encountering heavy enemy resistance & they have some stolen M60 machine guns. We request a bombing run, over?'

Red six: ( on radio) ' negative, we cannot send in the bombing run, we have to resupply & refuel them within 40 minutes, over?'

SSgt. Dukeson: ' understood, Red six, over & out.' [ putting the phone away to the radio on the side] ' dang it!'

Lt. Anderson: ' what's wrong, Dukeson?!' [ reloading a clip for my M16A1]

SSgt. Dukeson: ' HQ will not be able to send in air support within 40 minutes, it looks like we're on our own for awhile, Sir. '

( 30 minutes later, after the firefight)

" As the paratroopers are taking a few minute break from the firefight, some of them are checking their ammo, reading vintage cars & open their letters from their love ones. "

Lt. Anderson: [ reading the map & drinking some Water from my canteen] ' I truly hope that we can able to finish the job & get these men home safely in one piece, SSgt. Dukeson.'

SSgt. Dukeson: ' I agree with you, Sir. This war is really gone really bad around the men. '

Pfc. Beinstock: [ opens the letter & remove the letter from the envelope & unfolding the Letter & reading it for awhile until the end of it] ( felt some sadness) ' it's for my girlfriend. She said she's not going to write me anymore. Friends at college told her it was immoral to write to me.' oh....

" Lt. Anderson, SSgt. Dukeson, Spc. Lewis & American soldiers looked at the Private with silence, then A Paratrooper got up from the Ground & walking towards Pfc. Beinstock & sitting down on the ground & trying to comfort Pfc. Beinstock. "

( The next day, May 17)

" The American forces are trying to keep up climbing on the hill within enemy fire, explosives & mortar fire from the enemy as well, they take cover & open at the Enemy while climbing up the hill & taking out any enemy at the same time within surviving."

Lt. Anderson: [ carrying my M16A1 while running up the hill within enemy mortar fire] ' trying to keep up, men. Don't stop or you'll be dead from mortar fire!'

" They kept climbing up the hill within each every inch of the battle & hoping to stay alive ."

Spc. Lewis: [ stopped climbing up the hill & taking cover, fire the M79 Grenade Launcher at the entrench enemy Forces] ' take that, you little rats!' [ reloading the Grenade Launcher & kept climbing up the hill]

( 35 minutes later, after the firefight stopped & enemy mortar fire stopped)

" The American paratroopers kept walking through the destruction of the forest, as they kept walking they saw a camera crew in the middle of the destruction within the forest.

Army news man: ' okay, let's get ready. Let's take this squad. how long you been up in the hill, soldier?'

Soldier: [ kept walking & not caring about the camera crew & making a careless smile] ' what?'

Army news man: ' hey, brother. How many times you been up and down this hill?'

Spc. Lewis: ' what are you doing here?' [ kept walking to our base ]

Lt. Anderson: [ kept walking till I stopped at the news & looking at him]

Army news man: ' Hey word down is at division say: " you can't take this hill." what do you have to say? In fact, senator Kennedy says: " you guys don't have a chance at all." '

Lt. Anderson: ' you really like the stuff don't you?' [ giving a serious look at the news man] doing your job making a story, you wait here like a freaking vulture waiting for someone to die, so you could take a picture.'

Army news man: ' it's my job, sir.'

Lt. Anderson: ' I've got more respect to those little rats up, at least they take a side. You just take pictures, you probably don't even do your own fighting. No one asks my AO. '

Army news man: ' what?'

Lt. Anderson: ' you listen to me: we're gonna take this Freaking Hill, Newsman. If I see on the top taking pictures of my people I will personally blow your flipping brains out. Now, you haven't earned the right to be here, do you understand that?'

Army news man: ' understand.' [ felt pretty bad for them]
