"I don't really want to have broken bones because of a hug" You laughed slightly; Jemma loosened the hug and eventually pulled away; you didn't want her to let go; you felt as if she would disappear if she did; you felt like the whole thing was a dream; that you weren't back at shield and you were in fact still in the dark damp room.

"Is this real?" You asked pausing

"It's not a dream is it?" You continues hoping it wasn't a dream; you hoped it was real; that you were finally back where you belong but that a long shot; you may still be in the dark room; all alone.

"It's not a dream Y/N, your actually here. Your with me" Jemma reassures you

"What happened when you were away?" Jemma asked curiosity in her voice.

"I don't remember; they kept telling me my name was Clare; that's all I remember; everything else is just a blur" you mumbled tears in your eyes.

"I'm sorry" you cried; Jemma once again; you felt bad for not being able to help or even remember what happened.

"Y/N you don't need to be sorry; whatever happened to you and whatever they did to you made you forget; it'll come back to you eventually and I'm going to be by your side when it does; your my twin; my other half; my best friend, im always by your side Y/N and I mean it" Jemma smiled wrapping her arms around you once again.

"Together or not; our love won't stop" you whispered, it was a line you both said to each other when you were younger; you remembered

"Together or not; our love won't stop" Jemma whispered back to you, you were tired.

"I'm tired" You grumbled yawning but you hadn't slept well in a while; yes you had slept however you never slept for long.

"I'll leave you to sleep" Jemma tried to leave you; you looked unsure; you didn't want her to leave you; you were in fact worried that you would be left once again.

"Please don't leave me" you mumbled not wanting to be on your own.

"I won't" Jemma reassures you as you laid down and she sat beside you, you closed your eyes with Jemma beside you.

"I love you" you whispered

"I love you too Y/N" Jemma whispered as you eventually fell asleep.
