---------------------------------------

"Oh my gosh, yes, that was amazing! No, wait, amazing isn't even the word..." Kirstie said as she walked beside Mitch, complementing him on his performance during the concert that just ended. Tonight's performance in Port Elizabeth may just have been their best yet. But now: its off to Cape Town.

Scott, Elsa, Kirstie, Mitch, Avi and Kevin arrive at the dinner party to bid farewell to Elsa as she's going to tour with them. Elsa's parents are there too, and the whole do is a fancy one.

Kistie and Mitch were already at the party, standing on the balcony admiring the scenery in front of them. Mitch turned to go fetch a glass of wine and as he did so, another beautiful sight met his eyes:

Elsa.

Elsa and Scott stood at the door. She wore a turquoise blue ball gown dress and Scott wore a tie to match with it. Their eyes met each other and they both broke into a smile. Scott kissed her and they walked towards the balcony.

Mitch just stares at Elsa in pure amazement. No wonder Scott loves her so much, he thought. He watches as her eyes sparkle, as her beautiful smile steals the scene...

No, wait. Stop. He tries to convince himself, but only finds himself looking at her again. Those eyes are.....incredible. He turns back to the window again in denial.

Suddenly Elsa spots Mitch and walks over to him, with a huge smile on her face.

"Hello, Mitch" she greets him. He can feel her hand on his shoulder. "You killed it on stage tonight. That was really insane! Just wanted you to know." She gives him a little hug. " Well, enjoy the night!" She says and walks back to Scott.

Mitch just stood there. Breathless, his heart racing. No, it can't be. She's just a friend.

Is she?.......

---------------------------------------

Scott leads Elsa to an isolated, quite place at the venue, keeping her eyes closed. He has a huge smile on his face, hoping and praying every second that she will love this. Finally they come to a stop.

"Ok, are you ready love?" Scott asks. "Yep, I'm ready!" Elsa replies, trying to keep calm. Slowly Scott opens her eyes, and what Elsa sees in front of her has her in tears instantly.

A table for two, decorated with white roses and candles almost everywhere.

Scott turns to Elsa and gets on one knee. He searches his pocket and takes out a red rose.

"Just like this red rose, you stood out from everyone else. You came, stole my heart, and I honestly don't want it back. I can't believe I'm here with such a beautiful soul...."

"Scott....." Elsa starts taking the rose from his hands, but her tears prevents her from getting any further.

Scott stands up and cups her face with his hands and looks her in the eyes.

"I love you, Elsa Marcus. I'll love you till the day I die. You're my life. My everything. And I don't ever want to lose you."

Before Elsa could begin to speak, Scott's lips meet hers. Elsa starts to get a warm feeling inside of her as Scott pulls her closer.

For a while they stay like that. Time can pass, the world can crumble around them, but they won't let go.

Its just them.

Here.

And now.

-----------------------------------------

Meanwhile Mitch walks to his hotel room and lays down on his bed. The thought of Elsa dominates him. He gets up and paces around the room, trying to get his thoughts together.

"What am I thinking?" He asks himself. He continues to pace around. Suddenly he stops and walks to the kitchen and gets him something to drink.

He stops at the counter and pours himself a glass of milk. Absently closing the cap he thinks of her again. He shakes his head and drinks the milk, puts it down and keeps his head down.

"NO!" He shouts. "ELSA IS NOT MINE TO TAKE!" He throws the glass and the shatter of the glass seemed to knock sense into him.

Shocked and shaking, he takes the seat nearest to him. He can feel tears coming, but refuses to surrender.

Later after cleaning up the mess he walks to his room. He sits on his bed, takes his phone and plugs his earphones in. He presses 'shuffle songs' and the first song that plays gives him strength.

As he listens he sings along, and slowly starts to doze off.

"So keep your love lockdown, your love lockdown..."
