The next morning, you awoke before sypha,trevor and the speakers did, making everyone breakfast outside the cave.
You were cooking eggs and small pieces of meat. You had previously casted a small spell onto them. The spell allowed them to stay fresh for about six days. When you had the chance, you would buy food from only one kind hearted merchant in the city of gresit. In exchange for curing his daughter in the past, he would sell you fresh meat and give you free eggs.
As you were cooking, alucard was not far from the cave, practicing with his sword for who knows how long after you had fallen asleep the night before.
You quietly watched him, glancing over at him secretly as you cooked .
You enjoyed watching him, admiring how gracefull his movements were and how focused he was, as his sword glistened from the light of the sun starting to rise.
Sypha ~
"Good morning y/n!"
As she greeted you from behind ,your cheeks slightly flushed as you turned quickly away from watching alucard.
You focus your attention on the eggs and sizzling meat cooking in the pan.
Y/n~
"..g-good morning sypha..did you sleep well?
Is trevor awake as well? ..i made you all breakfast"
You clear your throat and smile at sypha as she yawns while standing next to you.
Sypha~
"Oh yes I slept fine thank you and well trevor is still out, ill wake him up now.
She didn't seem to notice you staring at alucard and smiled back, slightly stretching her arms. She then goes to wake trevor and the rest of the speakers.
Alucard was now walking back to where you were crouched holding the pan in your hand.
Alucard ~
"good morning lady y/n,
Y/n~
"Goodmorning Alucard, were you practicing all night?.."
Alucard~
" not entirely but yes I practiced until the sun finally came up."
"Would you like any help preparing breakfast for the others?"
He then lends a hand to you as you start to stand.
Y/n~
" oh thank you but I allready finished preparing it.
You take his hand gently as he helps you up, giving him a small smile.
"Sypha is waking everyone up now ,just in time for breakfast."
Trevor ~
" somthing smells good "
Trevor speaks with a groggy voice after just waking up.
Sypha ,her grandfather and the rest speakers followed behind trevor as they walk out of the cave.
The young boy and his mother wake up and gather with them as well
Y/n~
"Goodmorning everyone, I hope you all slept well. I have made everyone breakfast, so please help yourselves."
You then serve breakfast to everyone and enjoy the morning together.

After breakfast you help the young boy and his mother prepare to go back to the city. You overhear syphas conversation with her grandfather but only hear the end of it.
Elder Speaker ~
" I know..just take care of yourself and im sure we will meet again, you are strong sypha ,you always have been."
sypha smiles tenderly back to her grandfather as she hugs him, while softly nodding.
Sypha ~
" I understand...Take care of yourself too, and the rest of our people"
"when we reach the city we need to find horses and a wagon for your journey.
Trevor and I will look for them once we get there"

About an hour later ~

Reaching the city after walking, you accompany the young boy and his mother. Saying goodbye, you give them both hugs and wish them well, promising to the young boy that you will see him again in the future.
You then walk back to where alucard, sypha and trevor are,close to a small hut containing 3 horses and a large wagon. Trevor and alucard drags the large wagon to the edge of the city where the speakers wait.
Alucard ~
" Ill be back with a horse im sure sypha and lady y/n need help"
Trevor nods and sees alucard walk to the small hut.
Sypha hands you the ropes to a horse while she holds the ropes of the second one.
As you grab the ropes of the third horse,Alucard reaches for the horse at the same time you do. Your hand lightly brushing against his as he pulls his hand away.
Y/n~
" oh its okay Alucard, I can take both horses" you smile up at him softly your cheeks showing a slight bit of pink.
Alucard ~
" allright"
He smiles back and walks into the small wooden hut.
You and sypha walk with the horses to the edge of the city and help trevor set up the carriage for the speakers.
Slowly gazing at the contents of the small hut inside, alucard finds a small stick and begins drawing with it as he sits.
