I am sorry for the late update.Reason 2.

Waking up in the morning, it was Wednesday, and we were close to the weekend. I brushed my teeth when my phone rang, and I groaned as I walked out of the bathroom and to the nightstand where my phone was. I answered the phone. "Hello?"
"Are you ready?" He asked.
I groaned, "again?"
"The second reason, hello?"
"Fine, go to Elliot's house; I'll meet you there," I told him.
"Elliot, as in my best friend's house? Why? What did I do?"
Rolling my eyes, "just be there, and you'll know why."
After we hung up, I ran to my older brother's bedroom. I knocked on the door, and he opened the door.
"What do you want, junior?"
I smiled innocently, "I want you to drop me at a friend's house."
"A friend's house? Aren't you supposed to go to school?" He rose an eyebrow.
I nodded, "my friend is waiting for me there."
"Ok, wait for me."

Minutes later, we were in his car, and I was giving him the directions. We finally arrived. Lucas was standing, leaning against his car. "Is that your friend?"
"Yep," I nodded.
"He's just a friend, right?" He looked at me with a stern look on his face.
I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, he's just a friend."
"Well, be careful," he smiled.
I hugged him as I got out of the car, "bye."
He drove away, letting me with Lucas. "My best friend's house? He's here."
"Good, because we need to enter their house," I smirked.
"Oh my god," he groaned. "I'll call him."
He dialed his number and talked to Elliot. Elliot walked out to open the gates for us.
"Can you please explain why you're here at seven in the morning?" A blond-haired guy opened the gates for us.
"I don't know," Lucas shrugged. Elliot walked inside the house, and we followed him to the living room.
"Remember when we were ten? Elliot had his tenth birthday party, and we played truth or dare," I said. "Elliot over here dared you to kiss me, and if you didn't kiss me, you'd have to kiss Allison."
"I chose you, Malia," he sighed.
"I know that dork; that is one of the reasons why I hate you," I crossed my arms over my chest.
"I don't get it," He shook his head.
"Lucas, you stole my first kiss!" I exclaimed. "I wanted my first kiss to be with Miles."
"Miles Martin?" He frowned. His face softened, and he sighed. "I was... happy that my first kiss was with you, but you did not tell me that it bothered you."
"Allison's much prettier anyway," I shrugged. "Anyway, let's go to school."
"I'll come with you guys," Elliot grabbed his bag from the couch.
We all got in the car, and I sat in the passenger seat while Elliot was in the backseat. Lucas was driving, and he was quiet.
"So, the second reason is that I was your first kiss," he spoke.
"You have to count yourself as the luckiest girl alive," Elliot said. "I mean... all the girls wish to spend time with Luke over here."
"Guess what, Elliot? I'm not all the girls," I faked a smile and rolled my eyes.
Lucas let out a sigh, "we arrived."
When we got out of the car, students stared at us, Malia Anderson and Lucas Gray coming to school together? Weird.
I rolled my eyes; we ignored their stares. I said goodbye to Lucas and made my way to my friends. They all questioned me about being with him, and I just refused to tell them.
"Oh, come on! We are your friends, and we have the right to know if you and Gray are dating!" Peter exclaimed.
"We are not," I shook my head. My head turned to meet his eyes when he walked through the hallway with his friends.
Reason number two: my first kiss
