the sound of music was deafening as Puppy poured clear, potent liquid into shot glasses that shook slightly to the vibrations of the heavy bass that pumped through the club. She flashed a grin at the man who looked down at his expensive watch, "you have fast hands." he smiled, pulling out a bill and handing it to her, "i appreciate it." he winked before taking the shots away as Puppy pushed the hundred dollar bill into her bra with the others.

the men who came into 'The Luxury' were usually loaded, just like the gang that owned the club. Puppy's eyes flickered over to the VIP section, noticing a few faces she recognized sitting at the table reserved for gang members.

one, a blonde people referred to as Angel Face grinned, sent her a small wave that Puppy returned with a smile. He was nice enough, most of the gang members were. Angel Face seemed like a decent guy and he'd been around frequently since Puppy had been hired the month before.

she would be the first to admit that he was gorgeous, fully deserving of his nick name, but Puppy could tell from their first few meetings that friendship was the only thing that would ever result from their interactions. He was too soft for her which was odd, since he was a gang member. but there was just something about him that threw her off.

her eyes slid to the other men at the table. a blonde to Angel Face's left had his arms over the back of the couch, his eyes scanning the crowd. now he had that predatory vibe that made Puppy's heart skip a beat.

dressed in a short sleeved light pink button up that showed off his bulging biceps, strong forearms and black tattoos that littered his skin, even from a distance, Puppy knew he was beautiful. she didn't think she'd seen him before but that wasn't uncommon, gang members came and went, most not staying at the club that long, opting to go out back where Puppy was sure they were doing illegal shit like selling drugs.

But Puppy refused to judge the gang activity, the small fortune she'd made in tips made it impossible. focusing on her work, Puppy's night continued. a constant flow of people kept Puppy's cash coming and increasing rapidly until she had no more room in her bra for everything.

when people slowed down slightly, Puppy stepped away to deal with all the cash, taking it all out and counting. her boss, John, leaned next to her at the register, laughing, "you're a popular girl tonight Puppy."

Puppy laughed, finishing up as she put all her tips into her bag, "thats why you hired me." she stated, knowing there was truth in that. young, gorgeous, female bartenders always made a killing, that much had always been obvious at The Luxury.

"i think we have the rest of the night covered if you want to end early tonight." her boss said, "Angel Face asked for you."

it wasn't uncommon for Angel Face to invite her for drinks when the flow of people slowed down and on a few occasions she had. being a gang member, he was practically her boss's boss so if he requested her, Puppy's boss couldn't really say no. but it was never a demand, just a suggestion, after all, if she stayed working she could probably make more money, something Angel Face also knew seeing as he made sure to give her more than enough money for a cab home afterwards.
