It'd been a while since your whole breakdown at Katsuki's house and surprisingly enough, nothing too important happened. You mean, you passed your exams and your wounds healed, but you and Katsuki started avoiding each other like the plague.
It was pretty bad. You didn't know how it happened, but you couldn't even look in his direction due to embarrassment. You'd approach him, and then leave at the last minute out of nervousness.
"Y/n, what's going on with you and Bakugo?" Mina asked as you two sipped on hot chocolate in the café.
"....I don't know....." You said and took a drink of the hot chocolate.
"Did something happen?? You guys were getting pretty close and then you just started avoiding each other. Did you two fall out????" She asked and you sighed.
"We didn't fall out but...I might've broke down crying after my mom yelled at me over the phone and. He comforted me and shit and just let me talk it out....Then, we just kinda stopped talking. I'm too embarrassed to even look at him......" you admitted.
"Oh damn, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you dealt with that kinda stuff." She said and you just shrugged.
"Eh, I'm used to it. I'm more nervous though.....That like. He hates me now or thinks I'm stupid or something after that....It was pretty bad, Mina. I mean....his mom acted like she didn't hear anything the next morning but.....you could tell that she heard everything......" God, you just wanted to cry.
"There's no way he hates you, y/n. Maybe you should try talking to him and sorting things out." She reasoned.
"Maybe you're right, I'll just have to find the time." You said, thinking about your lack of interaction with Bakugo. You didn't even text each other anymore. Just then, she checked her phone.
"ShIT!!!!" She yelled and you looked at her, confused.
"I'm sorry, I promised Hagakure I'd meet up to shop for some things!!!! I'm sorry, y/n!!" You just laughed.
"It's fine, go ahead." You started. "I need some time to think anyway." You smiled.
"See ya!!!!" She said, getting up and quickly leaving. You waved and looked down at your phone to your last texts with Bakugo.
You: Hey
