20: "wAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!" "HOLY SHIT MOM, I'M U P!!!!!!"

A few days later, you were finally up and staying awake. You'd drift into consciousness only to fall right back out of it, and you also had some lifelike dreams, which made you question what was real.

What you were most concerned about was your relationship with Katsuki. You had a few dreams where he visited you, one where you yelled at him for some reason, but you had yet to see him in real life.

You were scared that he was still not rescued, but you texted Mina and she said that Kiri, Deku, Momo, and Todoroki saved him. Then she spilled tea about a whole bunch of other things. All For One, All Might pretty much retiring, and dorm rooms. You were pretty shocked to say the least, but it was better to find out sooner rather than later.

The day you woke up was the day you got to go home. After your interview with the police and you having a mental breakdown in front of some officer, it was pretty clear that you wouldn't just murder someone unless your life was in danger.

And it obviously was.

Seriously, you almost fucking died. I'm pretty sure THAT justifies killing.

At the moment, you were in your room while your parents were pretty worried about you. Of course they loved you (maybe), but you didn't want to be around them because of the whole not being able to connect to them thing. Yeahhhhhhh it was a pretty big drawback from having a normal relationship.

'Y/n, there are better things to do than have an existential crisis fueled by your poor parent-child relationship.'

Then, you got to thinking about other things.

Was Katsuki okay? You hadn't had so much as a text from him.

'The guy got kidnapped, y/n. Maybe he's just tired or some shit.' Your rational side thought.

'I'll send him a text to make sure he's okay. I mean...I got stabbed, so I can kinda relate to thinking you're gonna die at any moment.' And with that, you grabbed your phone and went to his contact.

You: Hey, I just got out of the hospital and wanted to make sure you were Gucci, so just text me back when you have the chance :)

Your message to Katsuki <3 couldn't send

'That's odd, maybe I should call him' you went to the call button and pressed it. It went straight to voicemail. You called Mina and asked her if she could text/call Bakugo, and it went through both times.

Wait

"D-Did he block me?????" You yelled into the phone.

"Maybe you just have bad service right now or something, y/n. I mean, I know you kinda yelled at him in the hospital, but I don't think he'd block you over that." She said and you were confused.

"Mina, I hadn't even seen him since the night of the attack, what the hell are you talking about?" You asked, concerned.

"Bakugo WENT to visit you, don't you remember???" She asked, and you shook your head even though she couldn't see you.

"....I yelled at him in a dream and that was it. The nurses said I woke up a few times for stuff like using the bathroom and drinking water, but I just woke up today."
