A few months after the power was restored.
Winter
The cold wind blew and snow scattered all around the ground.
James stood on the fortified wall,his face was furry from days of not shaving. He stood up straight and scanned the area with his M14 rifle.
Crow stood by the gate in the wall "You see the scavenging team yet?" He asked.
James shook his head "No,just a winter wonderland out there" He responded and then heard a gun shot. James and Crow quickly reacted "Is it them?!" Crow as getting ready to opened the gate.
James looked down the scope of the M14,he spotted the scavenging team in the truck not only that he spotted what they were shooting at,Zeds.
James shouted "We got Zeds chasing the team!" He yelled as he fired a round.
There is no rest for you, it seems when something good is happening something double in strength comes along to destroy what was rebuilt. The infected, the mutants, the other survivors out there. They all want what you have, they seek to take and take till theres nothing left. Do not let them take this from you like they have before.
James was firing rounds trying to take out as many as he could before he looked at you
"Come on now we can not let the Springs fall, we worked hard for this!"
With his words you spring into action.
