Chapter 19 : Bunny's confess + spirits disappearing

Rosa and Bunny were asleep, their arms wrapped to each other after having had cuddles.  Rosa woke up opening her eyes. She looked at Bunny. She always liked to caress and pet the fur of any animal she founded. And his is so soft and fluffy. She couldn't resist at that. So she smiled and started drawing circles on his fluffy chest. She then scratched behind his ears, somehow she managed to make him thump one of his feet and smile without waking up, like as if he had that in dream. She giggled quietly and blushed a bit. 

Rosa : (in her mind) Bunnies are just too cute. Even those who usually act like brave and serious people. 

She kissed his cheek, making him blush in sleep. Rosa stood slowly and quietly up from the bed, putting Bunny's wrapped arms away. She felt better and up for some runnings. It still hurt a bit, but less now. She put on her a green 3/4 arm sleeves long shirt and grey leggings. She got to the kitchen and prepares some pancakes, even for Bunny when he wakes up. She ate hers and drink some orange juice before going to run over the fields of the warren and playing hide and seek with the little unpainted eggs, changing herself in some animal shapes like a crow or a wolf or a fox to help her on finding them. Then she leaned herself on the grass and looked at the sky, which was still seen over a giant hole around the rock walls that were surrounding the walls. She breathed the fresh air from the warren. It was so peaceful. She stood, sat on her butt. She was thinking again about her duties to take on. And her help for the guardians. Her face saddened and her eyebrows frowned. For now, looking like this, weakly, useless, she cannot try to help the guardians. Even they wouldn't afford it. She has to wait now at least a few more days. And about her darkness, still stuck in her heart...... she has to find her center quickly if she wants to while it out of her. Like that, she would understand better what it means, to be a guardian, and free..... from insanity. She looks down at the middle of her breast. There was still a big spot of darkness where her heart is supposed to be. Her full real appearance should come back after her darkness faded away. She then suddenly felt two furry arms wrapp around her waist. She looked up and recognized a pair of rabbit ears. 

Bunny : Ya pancakes were good. You know something about cooking, do you ?

He nuzzled under her neck. She blushed a bit before scratching between his ears. He thumped on the floor in high speed.

Rosa : I really wondered when would you wake up. 

Bunny just purred at her touch.  

Bunny : What were you thinking about right now ?

Rosa : Nothing,.... just what would happen after all this ...... ends.

Bunny : How come ?

Rosa : Well..... I haven't found out what my center is.

Bunny rubbed his paws in her hair and started brushing them with his fingers.

Bunny : You will mate. Let it come. 

He kissed her cheek and let go of her waist to go look around the warren to see if everything was ok. Suddenly Rosa got a question popped in her head the moment she looked at him go. She remembered the day she went to see Ombric and his speech about Bunny having a past he doesn't like to talk about. She wondered if she could be told about it. Perhaps she could start a more easy and comfortable question. About his pooka ability to transform human. 

Rosa : Wait !

Bunny : Huh ?

Rosa : Uh, there is something I would want to know about you.

Bunny : And what is it ?

Rosa : Well uh, since I know Pookas can take a small form of themselves and more natural, plus a human form, well..... I wanted to ask, do Pookas have specific appearances or can they change into any shapes ?
