The end

Hotchs pov:
Sitting in my office after the talk with those nosie people around here. I swear some of them act like they are still in the kindergarten and not fully trained agents! A knock on my door let's me look up from my inner musing, only to see director Strauss closing the door behind her.
„I am afraid we need to talk." she says and takes a seat opposite from my desk.
„What's the matter Erin? Is this about those nosy agents again?" I question her slightly annoyed that they still haven't gotten the message.
„No, that problem should be out of the way. I myself had a small talk with them after you left." she answers my with a knowing look.
„But I does have to do with young Misses Reid." she starts only to get interrupted by me.
„Don't even think about dismissing her! Because if you do you can already start to look for replacements for the whole team!" I tell her, sitting up straighter, while trying to contain my anger as best as I can.
„We both know that I would never dismiss her! She is way to talented for that. The problem is that other agencies have let me know, that they want her as well. After I declined their requests till now, they decided to ask her instead. So the ball is in her hands now." Erin informs me a bit resignated.
„I see. But to be honest I don't think she would leave. I mean here she works with her brother and her boyfriend. I know that isn't really allowed, but this could help our case." I tell her honestly not thinking she would leave us.
„That is something I also thought about and already talked to everyone, they don't like it but they agreed to look over it. I think it helped that I told them how close she is with the president." she smiles mischievously. Looks like she isn't as bad as I always thought.
„Still, I would appreciate it if you could talk to her about it. As of now, she doesn't know that her and Mister Morgan's relationship is going to be allowed. Not that she leaves us because she wants to safe their relationship." she tells me already half out of my office. Guess I round up the team and drive to her and Spencer's apartment. Just as I stand up the whole team hurriedly come into my office.
„What did director Strauss want? Was it about Susan?" Rossi asks me with the rest of the team nodding along.
„Some other agencies try to steal her from us, Erin tried everything to stop that from happening. That's why they decided to go directly to Susan. Erin made sure the relationship between Derek and Susan is going to be tolerated, in hopes that she stays. Since Susan doesn't know that, we are going to go to her right now, to make sure we aren't going to lose her!" I tell them while packing everything up and making our way to the cars already. No time to lose!
„Guess she isn't as bad as we always thought!" emily mumbles in the back of the car which makes us all laugh out loud.
„It seems like it!" I answer her after a bit.

When we pulled up in Spencers parking spot, we already see a CIA car parking across of the building.
„Let's hurry!" derek says, already halfway across the parking lot.

Spencer's pov:
Hopefully she hasn't already signed anything! On the other side, knowing her she wouldn't do that without talking to me first. At least that is like we always did it!
„You only need to sign those papers and you are an official CIA agent. You can even decide if you would like outside or only behind a computer." an overexcited agent tells her, nearly shoving the papers into her face.
„Listen! And listen closely!! I already told you i won't leave the FBI! And if you haven't noticed it, I am on sick leave, so no working for me till I am completely healed! Because other than you guys the FBI cares about my health! So thank you but NO thanks!" she tells the two agents in front of her. Knowing her long enough to know she is only seconds away from smacking them upside down.
„Bubbles! What is going on?" I say loudly so everyone knows i am here now to.
„Bambam! What are you doing here this early? Is everything ok?" she immediately asks me panicked with wide eyes when she sees the rest of our team.
„Nothing happened bubbles, we only needed to talk to you. Are we interrupting anything?" I question innocently. Susan only smirks at me, knowing fully well I don't care in the slightest if I am interrupting them.
„You indeed are! We were just handing your sister her work contract." the same agent as before says arrogant.
„No, you aren't! We already finished whatever nonsense that was. Come on in guys I just finished cooking." Susan says happily, letting the other two agents stand there open mouthed.
„Sit down guys, I don't know if it is enough for everyone but it should work with some salad!" she says and happily goes into the kitchen, while the rest of us took a seat.
„So what is the reason you guys came here?" she questions as soon as she sat down herself, after serving everyone of course.
„Erin came to my office earlier telling me we might lose you to some other agencies, so we wanted to come here and ask you to stay with us!" Hotch answers her after swallowing a pice of her chicken Alfredo.
„Oh, don't worry you guys! I won't leave you, as long as they won't try to break up my relationship with Derek I stay." she says and leans into Derek's shoulder next to her.
„That wont happen. Erin already made sure that our relationship won't be a problem!" derek tells her with a soft smile.
„That's Good! I was afraid they might try to get me in another team." she says and beams happily at derek.
Those two really are meant for each other. I never saw ether of them that happy before they met each other. And as a big brother, that is the only thing I ever wished for my baby sister! To be happy and in love with someone that loves her just as much. And Derek always was like a big brother to me, so it is nice to see him just as happy! They even told me that they are going to move in with each other. Some may think that they are moving a bit to fast, but I think they aren't. Both miss each other like crazy, so ether Susan sleeps over at his house or Derek sleeps here with her. So there won't be any different other than having all their stuff at one place!
Looking around the table, at all the happy people that laugh with each other makes me feel more at home than ever. This team isn't only a team. No, we are a family! A big and crazy one, but still a family where everyone would do everything for everyone. Just like it should be!
