The kingdom on which her family reigned was recognized for its particularly destructive weapons. Lot of kingdoms were dreaming to have access to them. She were quite worried about a possible political marriage. Getting wed wasn't a dear wish of hers...

Once the meal had been served and finished, her father leaned back in his chair, a malicious smile spreading across his face. It didn't take her long to realize something was amiss, and the words that left his lips only confirmed her suspicions. "Now, Judge," he said smoothly, "I believe we can discuss business."
"Of course."
The blonde king's gaze shifted to his youngest son. "Me?" Yonji frowned.
Her father's dark eyes returned to the ruler of Germa. "I see you haven't told the boy."
Judge shook his head once.
"Then allow me." The king of Aogu drew a slow breath before speaking. "Vinsmoke Yonji, you will marry my daughter."
Y/n's entire body tensed. Her fingers tightened so violently around her wine glass that a thin crack spread across the crystal beneath her grip. She barely noticed. Neither did anyone else.
"What?!" Yonji exclaimed. "Why should I?!"
"Behave, Yonji," Ichiji said calmly, though there was a sharp edge beneath his voice.
"He doesn't have to," Y/n interrupted, setting the cracked glass onto the table with deliberate care. "And neither do I." Every pair of eyes turned toward her. "I have no intention of behaving. I refuse to marry anyone. My answer is no."
Her mother's expression hardened instantly. "Neither of you has a choice." The queen's voice was cold enough to freeze the room. "We both possess something the other kingdom desires. A marriage between our families will ensure a strong and lasting alliance. Whether you like it or not changes absolutely nothing." Her icy gaze settled on her daughter. "Have I made myself clear, my swan?"
She lowered her eyes to the floor. Frustration, helplessness, humiliation, they all churned inside her chest. She knew exactly what would happen if she defied her mother in front of everyone. The gentle queen the kingdom admired would disappear, replaced by the monster only her children truly knew. For now, she would surrender...
"Yes... Mother."
A satisfied smirk curved the queen's lips. "Much better."
She glanced toward her brother. His eyes were filled with silent sympathy.
Yonji released a resigned sigh. "It seems I don't have much of a choice."
"You will accompany us to Germa after the wedding," Judge informed her matter-of-factly.
A bitter laugh escaped her. "Even if I refused... you wouldn't allow it."
Her father smiled, visibly pleased with how the evening had unfolded. "Excellent. Shall I have a maid escort our guests to their rooms?"
The rest of the conversation faded into meaningless noise. She heard nothing else, lost in her thoughts. Only her Dante's pitying gaze remained etched into her mind.
