Mia's pov

I awoke to the unwelcome ringing of my alarm clock. That is the most annoying sound in the world! One moment your sleeping peacefully, then BOOM! Your awake! It does my head in!

Hell, I really hate mornings, turning off the shrill of the alarm, I snuggled back into the warmth of my duvet.

Just as I felt my self snoozing off again, an even more annoying sound than my alarm entered my ears.

"WAKEY WAKEY!" my eyes flew open to find a very smug looking India, "Time to get up sleepy head!" she yelled.

I groaned turning over, "Go away!" I sighed.

"Nope, up now!" she exclaimed as she yanked the covers off me. I squealed, my body not used to the sudden cold air that spread around me.

"Ahh! Why would you do that? It's mean!!" I shouted jumping off the bed and glaring at her.

She just smirked and said "Well now your up you can get ready!" then she waltzed out the room.

I stared after her, dumbfounded. God, India can be so evil sometimes. I swear we are alter egos, her being the evil mastermind and me being the angel of kindness...

Yeah right! As If I am an angel! I nearly got expelled from my last school from skipping lessons. If my parents weren't the alpha pair I wouldn't have an education!

Anyways, best get on with my morning routine! First to brush my teeth.

Humming, I scrubbed away at my perfect teeth. Yes, my teeth are perfect, all due to being a werewolf. Being a mythical creature has its perks.

Once my teeth were sparkling clean, I jumped into the best thing in my bathroom. The shower.

After a heavenly 15 minutes in the shower I reluctantly stepped out of the warm air into my fluffy towel, ahhh bliss!

Once I had dried my self off I started to blow dry my hair, because it goes wavy when I leave it and I don't like it.

With my hair straight and dry I worked on choosing an outfit!

Opening my walk in wardrobe, my eyes skimmed over the endless amount of clothes.

Hmm, too boring, too sluty, too normal ah! Perfect!

I pulled on my dark washed jeans and a white tank top, then over the top I got my blue cardigan with quarter length sleeves and to finish the look I yanked on my black ankle boots, Voila! Done! I put on a coat of mascara and eyeliner and I was finished!

I sauntered downstairs confidently and saw India texting, probably mum.

Oh dear that reminds me I haven't called her yet! Oops I'll have to do it once I get back from school!

"Hey! Finally got up then?" I glowered at her and sat down opposite. She looked nice this morning, her hair fell into its natural waves and she was wearing a suede blue top with her jack wills hoodie.

"I like what you wearing Indy!" I told her. She looked up at me and smiled.

"Thanks." we ate breakfast in silence until we realised it was time to head out.

I grabbed my bag and we headed outside where the car and chauffeur were waiting. I jumped in first and settled down in my sear, then I plugged my headphones into my IPod and and let myself float to the sound of music.

As I stared out the window it was only then when I realised how beautiful this place really was! Lush trees and shrub covered the vast land and I found myself wondering how amazing it would be to run in it...

My daydream ended when India rudely clicked in front of my face,

"Mia we're here!" she explained "Look it's amazing."

I turned my head to the direction she was pointing and I couldn't believe my eyes! A large brick building towered over me, the thing that struck me the most though was the amount of students pulling into the school. This is going to be worse than I thought!

India put a hand on my shoulder reassuringly before leading me into the huge building. Once I stepped though the doors all my fear disappeared and in its place curiosity. A woody smell hit my nose.

MATE my wolf howled. Mate? My mate is here? I must find him!

I set off in the direction of the scent but India grabbed my arm.

"Mia, where are you going? The office is this way." she told me as she dragged me away from my mate and towards a petite woman behind a desk.

"Yes dears?" she asked in a kind voice.

"We have come for our schedules, India and Mia Forest?" Indy informed her.

"Ah yes! One moment please," she scurried around for a moment before returning with two sheets of paper, "Here you go dears," she said as she passed the paper over. I stared at them before realising that I had no idea where to go!

"Excuse me?" the old lady tilted her head. "We don't know where to go." I explained.

She face palmed herself " Oh god I'm so stupid! Your new! Don't worry I'll get Drake to show you around, let me go get him." with that she scuttled past us and up a set stairs. Wow, I have never met someone so... Up beat!

I looked a India who was laughing quietly to her self, I soon joined in. But a few minutes later she stopped laughing and stiffened.

I looked past her to see a handsome boy with dirty blonde hair and a toned body, I noticed he stiffened when his eyes rested on India. Shit! They must be mates!

I walked up to him smiling, before kicking him straight in the shin.

He looked at me with a mix of shock and fury "How dare y-" I cut him off by pulling him into a big bear hug.

"Look after her," I mumbled then I looked up into his astonished face "Please." I smiled up at him and he smiled back.

Once I finally released him, Drake wandered over to my slightly frightened sister and engulfing her a comforting hug. I grinned before heading over and clearing my throat. They turned to me with sheepish smiles on their faces.

"As happy as this moment is we still have to go to class!"

Damon's pov.

I knew going into school was a bad Idea but I couldn't help myself I needed to see her!

As she walked through the double doors It felt like my heart stopped. She was about 5 foot 6, with dirty blond hair and the most mesmerising blue/green eyes. She. Was. Beautiful! Never have I seen such a girl!

She must have sensed me as she whipped around with her nose in the air. She must have caught my scent as she started to walk towards were I was, but her sister grabbed her arm and dragged her toward the office.

I wanted to rip off the arm that dare touch my mate, I set off toward her when my friend James stepped in front of me.

"Hey, what's up?" he asked. I growled, I can not be doing with him right now!

"Move James, I cannot talk at this moment!" I grumbled, pushing past him in an attempt to see my mate again.

I shoved my way though the large crowd, but to my despair she was no where to be found.

I sighed, maybe it's best that I don't see her again. It will only end badly.

As much as I convince myself that I can't have her, the mating bond draws me ever closer.

My wolf begged for us to protect our mate, but I must stay strong. For my sake and hers.

"Hey dude!" my beta Drake called from across the hall, I ignored him until an idea hit me!

Would it work?

Yes, yes I think that would work!

I walked over to drake before putting my plan into action. One that would mean my mate would always be safe!

"Drake! I need a favor..."
