(Garroth's P.O.V)
Staring at her. Her beautiful (e/c) orbs had life to them. Her little giggles to my jokes made me blush. We've been married for almost a year now. She still gets my heart pumping like I'm falling in love with her again.
Tomorrow is going to be our first anniversary together as a married couple.
I don't know what to get her. Getting her dog toys sounds kinda insulting. But I see other werewolves going crazy for those things. No my gift has to be something special. Something from the heart.
Jewelry? No that's so cliche. A puppy? No then he'll get all the attention. Definitely not chocolates she'll throw up because again she's a werewolf.
Ugh something that comes from the heart! But what?!
(Y/N's P.O.V)
I wagged my tail as I watched the cake rise in the oven. I'm not a professional chef or anything but I'm sure this cake will be tasty.
I jumped as the ding from the timer scared me. I used my tail to grab the frosting as I grabbed the cake from the oven after putting mittens on. The cake smelled delicious! I had to make it vanilla unfortunately for Garroth.
Curse being a werewolf!
I mean it's not that bad I like being inhuman! Anywho I started decorating the cake covering it in (favorite flavor) icing. I started drawing two stick figures holding hands with one being a girl and a werewolf of course. I also wrote happy anniversary (funny nickname)! I giggled then put it in the fridge to preserve.
I washed the frosting off my hands and started preparing the meat for tomorrow. Garroth said that he loves Laurence's cooking so I asked him if he could bbq. He said yes and I was glad!
Tomorrow is going to be perfect I just know it.
*next day*
(Garroth's P.O.V)
I yawned and rubbed my head. "Happy One year goof ball!!!!" (Y/N) said as she set down a tray of breakfast on my lap. I blushed and smiled. Damn she beat me to it! She sat down next to me. I ruffled her ears and kissed her cheek.
She blushed and barked. "Such a cutie! Aww you're mine little cutie!!!!" I said hugging her waist and rubbed her ring. She blushed redder. "GarGar stop it" she said whining. I snickering and fed her some of the food till her cheeks were puffed up. I ate the rest smiling at her.
*around noon*
(Y/N's P.O.V)
I just got out of the shower when suddenly I heard music downstairs.
I got dressed and walked down the stairs to see what was going on. Garroth was playing (favorite song) on the Bluetooth speakers. It's the same song we danced to on the night he proposed to me. While I was day dreaming however I didn't see that Garroth was walking towards me and grabbed my hand.
Kissing it softly he looked at me. He gave a charming smirk before pretending to tip down and invisible hat.
"Would you like to dance m'lady?" He said.
I shoved him snickering. "You so cheesy!!!" I laughed. He laughed too and grabbed my hands and began to dance goofy with me. I laughed again just letting lose into the music.
As we danced we had a few kisses here and there. Things got a little heated during the slow dance however.
We slow dance to a beautiful song in french. Staring into his ocean blue eyes I felt a blush creep onto my cheeks. It made my heart flutter like I was falling in love with him again.
Garroth gave me a warmed smile and kissed me softly. I kissed back having a slight delay reaction. I just felt at peace in our kiss.
We were suddenly interrupted by a knock at the door. Oh shoot Laurence!!!. "I'll be back baby" Garroth said and left. Later he returned with Laurence. "So What brings you here Laurence?" Garroth asked confused. "(Y/N) said you liked my cooking so she invited me over to bbq for your guys first anniversary as a married couple" Laurence said smiling.
Garroth turned his head to me. His eyes were wide but he was smiling at the same time. "(Y/N)!!! You know me so well!!!!!" Garroth said. He picked me up and kissed my face all over making me laugh and squirm.
"GarGar!!!! Stop it!!!" I said through my giggles. Laurence gave me that look of I'm so sorry and started laughing. Garroth squeezed my cheeks.
"Ugh you're such a cutie pootie!!!! My beautiful wife filled with life!" He laughed. I just continue to blush and hug him tightly.
I'm so lucky to be married to this bimbo.
