I stared out the window for a bit, done with teasing Gajeel and his motion sickness. It was really funny. I accidently fell asleep on his lap, forgetting that he might throw up on me.
A couple of hours later, I woke up and I look at Gajeel. He overcame his motion sickness and fell asleep. I took a glance out the window, thinking about how life would be at in Fairy Tail. I can't beleive we're almost there. I feel so lucky that I met Gray. I smiled to myself. I stare at the window like there's no other sight.
Our train pulls up at the station. I quickly tapped Gajeel, telling him we're here. He groaned like he had a bad dream, so I drag him out. God, he's heavy.
"This kid.." I muttered as I continue to slap him.
"Oi, Gajeel Redfox!!" I yell after I gave up slapping him. He wakes up again, but this time he stays awake.
"Hey." He mumbled.
"Good morning. Let's go find Fairy Tail!! Did you forgot why we came here when you were asleep?" I asked.
"Oh yeah..." he remembers. "Let's go!!"
"Yeah!! That's the spirit!!" I smiled. Magnolia's soo big I could get lost. We headed in the direction of the cherry blossoms.
"Wow!! They're soo pretty.." I was amazed.
"Yeah yeah. They're just flowers. Big deal..." he muttered. We gazed up upon the trees for a bit before noticing a familiar man heading towards us.
"Heeey Gray!!" I waved. He noticed my attention and waved back.
"Juvia!! How are you?" He asked, picking me up and spinning me in circle.
"I'm fine!!" I giggled as heat rushes up my face. Gray set me down on my feet again as I made some introductions. "This is my friend, Gajeel. Gajeel Redfox."
"Hey." He said.
"Hey man. How are you?" Gray asked.
"I'm feeling good, thanks. Now, where is Fairy Tail?" He asked impatiently.
"Um.. Just follow me." Gray said as we trailed behind him.
"So how are you since we last met? I asked, starting a light conversation.
"Um... I'm doing fine. But you can make it better." He flashed a smile, making me blush. We approached a large building in the far side of town, the gate labeling 'Fairy Tail' in big, bold letters.
"So here we are. This is my guild. I'm going in first, so I'll see you later." He walked into the guild, leaving me and Gajeel outside. Well, what should I do? I thought. I took a step in. Gajeel followed behind. Everyone stopped their conversations as they look at us. A girl with white, long hair came up to us. She looked familar. Wasn't that Mirajane from Sorcerer Weekly?
"Hello. I'm Mirajane." She said. Oh my God, she really is Mirajane from Sorcerer Weekly!! "You can call me Mira. What brings you here?"
"Um, hello." I said shyly. "My name is Juvia. Juvia Lockser. A Water Mage. My friend and I would like to join.."
"Yeah. I'm Gajeel Redfox. I'm an Iron Dragon Slayer." Gajeel said.
"Well, Juvia and Gajeel. Hi!!" She smiled back. "Guys, where's Master?" she called to everyone. A guy with pink hair decided to start a fight with Gray.
"You wanna go, Ice Princess?" He said.
"Hell yeah!! Let's go, Flame Brain!!" He taunted back. He and Gray started fighting. I'm a little confused.
"Hey Mira. Does this always happen?" Gajeel asked. He must be confuesed as well.
"Yup!!" She smiled. "This happens everyday. That's Natsu by the way." Mira pointed at the pink-haired man. A woman with long, red head stood up from her seat and confronted the boys.
"WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT UP?!?!" She yelled at him and smushed their heads together. "You ruined my cake." She pointed at the slice of smushed cake on the floor.
"A-Aye." Gray and Natsu suddely hugged each other, being afraid of that woman.
"So Mira." She walked up to us. "Looks like we have some new members, eh? I'm Erza Scarlet."
Erza held her hand out at us. We were hesitant at first, but she was smiling, so we took turns shaking her hand. "Welcome to Fairy Tail."
"Thanks." We both replied in unison.
"So are you looking for the Master?" She looked at the cheerful Mira. She nodded and Erza pointed at a wooden door. "He's in there."
"Thank you." I bowed politely and went to the door, Gajeel following me. I knock a few times before hearing a 'come on in.' We opened the door and stepped inside the office. An old man sits behind the desks. He hops off his seat and approached us.
"Hello there. I'm Makarov, the Master of Fairy Tail. What brings you here?" He old man introduces.
"Um, hi. We would like to join because a friend recommended us this guild. Also, our old guild had disbanded so.."
"Alrighty then... MIRA!!" Makarov called as Mira stepped in the office with a Fairy Tail insignia stamp.
"Yes Master?" She smiled sweetly.
"Always prepared. Now, where would you like your insignia to be?" He asked while looking for some papers behind the counters. Gajeel and I exchanged glances, not sure of where it would be.
"A black one on my left shoulder." He said. Mira stamped his left shoulder and now the Fairy Tail symbol is now there. When he spoke up, I finally have a location in mind.
"I would like a dark blue one on my left thigh please." I spoke up. Mira stamped my left thigh and it appered there. It looks pretty cool to me. If I had a reddish-orange one, would you think it'll look like a burning fire?
"Sogn these papers please." Makarov says after searching his desk. He gave us both a pen and we scribbled our names down.
"Alright thanks. Mira, go make the official announcement." He said as he returned to his seat. Mira guided us outside the office. She coughed, getting everyone's attention.
"Okay everyone. We have some new members today." She gestured to the two of us. "Introduce yourselves please"
"Um.. Hi. I'm Juvia Lockser." I said pretty nervously. "I'm a Water Mage. Let's get along!!"
"Yo, I'm Gajeel Redfox, a Steel Dragon slayer. Nice to meet you." He said, full with confidence.
Everyone was quiet at first, trying to process things. Soon, questions came blaring in.
"Ooh, another Dragon slayer? What do you eat?"
"Water mage? That's soo cool!!"
"Are you single?"
"Wow, they look like they're dating!! Are they?"
A sweat-drop appeared on the sides of our foreheads as Mira giggled.
"I'm sorry. They're always like this." She smiled. "But anyway, we welcome you to Fairy Tail!!"
