as you know, Toni likes Tara. Tara likes her back but she is afraid of relationships.
It was 18pm and Toni decided to go to see Nathan.
Nathan's PoV
I heard a knock on my door and assumed it was Stark
"Hey" she said giving me a sad smile. I hugged her and answered with "hey" too.
"So, whats going on with you and Maria? Have you talked recently?
"She is still on a mission with Romanoff. I texted her if she can talk and she simply replied with a "on a mission, c u when i return :)" I don't think she likes me even as a friend tho." i felt tears burning my cheeks.
"Please do not cry Nathan, besides i think she likes you, she is just not sure if she should be in a relationship, she is learned that love is for the weak, remember?"
"yeah but still, it hurts so much" i felt my bestie hugging me
"shhh its okay, its okay"
"sorry u r seeing me like this" i said wiping away my tears.
Toni's PoV
I didn't mind seeing Nathan like this. He is my friend.
I started crying too. I told him about how my dad and uncle Clint ruined the moment when i was about to confess Tara.
"Pfffff stupid people, No offense."
"i hate him" i said through my tears. "you know what? i am gonna tell Tara. I love her so much its hurting me every second i don't talk to her. You should tell Maria too." i encouraged my friend.
"Fuck it you're right i am gonna text her."
3rd persons PoV
Toni hugged Nathaniel as a goodbye and left. She headed to Tara's room in the Avengers's tower.
She knocked at her door. Some time passed and Toni looked ar her phone to see what the time was. 1am. She really spent 8 hours at Nathaniel's apartment at shield's base.
"Damn it" she told to herself, heading to her room which was right next to Tara's. Toni was about to open the her door when she heard her name
"Toni?" Tara asked
"Sorry if i woke you up" toni said mot leaving her eyes from the door.
"I was actually awake. Can we finish our conversation......?"
"I-i-....."
"Look, Toni....what i was trying to say later was that... i.....i love you. I've loved you since the day we met. You're so beautiful and caring and you just light up my day. When you were talking to Nathaniel i was so jealous...."
"Tara I- "
"Shit. Sorry, i didn't meant to."
"Tara i love you too" Toni said finally looking at Tara.
They started walking to eachother. Soon lips met lips. It was like fireworks exploding. It was warm, beautiful and exactly like a kiss should feel.
"So we are a thing now?" Tera asked
"I think yes, babe" toni answered kissing her girl
